Rude staff.
The staff sits at the reception in sweatpants, looking at their phones, and doesn't greet you when you come in the door.
They discriminate and change rooms just because two guys who are friends go on vacation together.
Booked a large double room, got a tiny room with two single beds where one of the beds was broken. Complained about this and got a key to an identical room.
Complained again about this and finally got the room we had paid for, but then the AC didn't work. They wouldn't care about this
They stare at you while you eat breakfast and they are not helpful in fixing problems with the rooms.
The breakfast was lousy and the staff there were unhelpful in providing glasses and plates when they were empty.
They advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel. This hotel does not deserve stars.

Otele vardığımda kimse yoktu.Dışarı çıktım telefonla aratmama rağmen çok geç gelindi en az yarım saat otelde yer oda gösterilmesi için muhatap aradım. Otelde odamın kapısı anahtarla çok zor açılıyordu değiştirilmesini istedim tamam dendi gelen olmadı.Ertesi gün bizzat kendim gittim girişte personel bulmak çok kolay olmuyordu buşduğumdada bir arkadaşı ile kahvaltı yapıyordu sonra dedi yine gelmedi.otel değiştirmemek için bir gün daha kalmak istediğimi söyleyince önceki fiyata 7 euro daha ekledi synı fiyata kabul etmedi.sonra ayrıldım çok yakınında hamburg otel vardı erkek personel vardı güleryüzlüydü.sultan otelde televizyonu çalıştırmayada gelen olmamıştı fakat Hamburg otel hemen bütün isteklerimi yerine getirdi
Gute Lage, für den Preis passt das grundsätzlich - ABER
Kein heißes Wasser, auch am Ende der Woche nicht und das laut anderer Bewertungen auch schon seit Oktober 25. Angeblich einfach 10 Minuten laufen lassen. Spoiler: auch nach 20 Minuten kalt.

Room has AC and it was working properly.
no hot water, no tv, everything is old. Carpets are very old and dirty.bathroom was very old moldy, and broken bath tap. For 2 days there was no hot water. TV never worked. I told the staff they said it will be fixed but did not get fixed.

I liked the room and the breakfast. Although it was very simple, I enjoyed it :)
One of the staff members was quite rude during breakfast. She was running around me and yelling because I didn’t understand what she was saying, which made me feel uncomfortable. I also didn’t like the stairs leading up to the hotel, as the hotel is located upstairs. I also didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

Noi siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e ci hanno fatto fare il check-in velocemente e senza problemi.
Colazione a buffet scarsa con pochissime cose salate e locali, per chi non è del posto, non è il massimo.
Caffè solubile disponibile, ma non invitante. Il caffè della macchinetta è a pagamento, meglio prenderlo per lo stesso prezzo in giro per la città dove in alcuni locali hanno le macchinette Lavazza.
Stanza piccola, letto comodo, bagno con il soffitto dove cadono dei pezzi di intonaco.
