The hotel location is my priority, the property needs remodeling.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. From the front desk to the housekeepers on day one.

Cons:

The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear badly. Door bulging on top, shower features about to fall out, matters worned down, just too soft for anybody to sleep. Paint was chipping from the cabinets, hopefully lead free.

Perfect location, not happy that the laundry was not available.
Pros:

The location was great, next to a casino, Parque de Las Ciencias, Walmart, Plaza del Sol Shopping Mall, and many restaurants close by. Parking is a multi-floor parking with elevators. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked that hotel for the laundry room because my mom was at the hospital and I had to wash her clothes and blankets, and our clothes too, but the machines were down during the whole seven days that we were there, which was very inconvenient for us. I didn't use the pool, but it looked small.

El desayuno a las 7:30 am. Ya estaba frío y no tenían todo preparado solo algunos alimentos

Cons:

El servicio de host estaba un poco hostil y no contesto las dudas al momento de entrada. Luego se comunicó con la recepción para indicar qué aire no funcionaba y al final me cambió muy amablemente otro empleado

Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The service was not at the expected level. We arrived around 9:00 pm, and were the only there and lady who was in the front desk, looked but continued working with some papers. After few minute a second person arrived and attended us. Slow check-in process.
