Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à recommander pour quelques jours dans cette région
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et aidant dans nos excursions et de bons conseils
L'ambiance un "esprit de quartier" de l'hôtel
Belle et grande chambre, belle salle de bain
Une vue dégagée depuis notre chambre
Petit déjeuner buffet avec possibilité de le prendre sur la terrasse extérieure
Le parking juste en bas de l'hôtel

Cons:

Un peu excentré mais après quelques minutes de marche on est dans le quartier piéton
Le quartier autour de l'hôtel n'est pas très animé
la TV ne fonctionnait pas

Śniadania były dobre, lokalizacja też spoko. Pokoje czyste i schludne.

Cons:

Generalnie głównym problemem był fakt, że cena została uzgodniona w euro, jednakże z uwagi na podobno zmieniający się kurs zapłaciłem za 1 EUR = 100 LEK, tłumaczono mi że mogę zapłacić gotówką jedynie w euro, a płatność gotówką w LEK także będzie zawyżona, przez co zapłaciłem jakieś 20 euro więcej.

Przez godzinę w pokoju nie było prądu zaraz po przyjeździe, pokój był sprzątany tylko raz na 4 noce, a obsługa mam wrażenie, że niezbyt pomocna, a przynajmniej część załogi.

Generalnie po hotelu z 4 gwiazdkami spodziewał bym się lepszego traktowania.

Zimmer mit Balkon, abgedunkelte Gardinen, sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Roomservice hat in den drei Tagen Aufenthalt nicht stattgefunden. Einen Tag kamen sie, genau zur Mittagszeit.
Man konnte bei der Bar nicht anschreiben lassen und musste jedes Getränk, jeden Tag einzeln am besten Bar bezahlen.
Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft. Wir sind 45min vor Ende gekommen und es gab keine Brötchen mehr, Käse und Wurst waren ungekühlt was man angesehen hat und alle warmen speisen waren seit langem kalt und trocken. Keine gute Erfahrung.

De kamer was prima en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Helaas was de communicatie met het personeel minder goed. We hadden meerdere keren aangegeven dat we vroeg zouden vertrekken en onze bagage achter wilden laten. Ook hebben we meerdere keren gevraagd of er een ontbijt to go geregeld kon worden; ons werd telkens verteld dat dit geregeld zou worden.

Uiteindelijk was er niets geregeld en was de receptie ’s ochtends niet aanwezig. We zijn daardoor met een vreemd gevoel vertrokken en hebben onze bagage met een briefje achtergelaten.

Toen we later terugkwamen om onze bagage op te halen, werden we helaas ook niet erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Het ontbijt vonden we daarnaast niet bijzonder.

Al met al was de kamer goed, maar de service en communicatie vielen ons tegen. Daarom zouden wij dit hotel helaas niet aanraden.

Pros:

All of the staff is so friendly! They helped us with a babybed, babychair, advise for our daily activities and nothing we asked for was too much. The rooms were very clean and the wifi is excellent! Location near the supermarket and the food is also very good!

Kaukana keskustasta, Varauksen yhteydessä Hotelli ilmoittaa että heillä on parkkipaikka asiakkaille. Kun saavuin paikalle autolla parkkipaikka ei ollutkan. Hotelli oli antanut minulle väärä tietoa parkkipaikasta. Hotelissa ei ole mahdolisuutta parkerata autoa. Huonessa oli ilmastointi joka ei ollut mahdolista säätä lämpötilaa eikä tehokuutta. Ilmastoinin kaukosäädit oli lukittu, sitä ei ollut mahdolista muuttaa, sillä pystyi vain laittaa päälle ja poispäältä muutta muutoksia ei voinut tehdä. Mikä oli erittäin harmilista...
