Sehr schlecht in fast allen Belangen
Pros:

Zimmer entsprach den Fotos

Cons:

Haben zusätzliche Gebühr für Kartenzahlung verrechnet. Keine Faktura. Internet funktionierte nicht. Fernsteuerung für Klimaanlage hatte keine funktionierende Batterien. Kein Service nach 21:00 Ukr. Kaltes Frühstück. Nicht einmal Tassen sonder Becher für den Kaffee… Alles in allem extrem schlecht.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier im Hotel rundum gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist nicht direkt im Trubel und es ist daher auch ruhiger, aber zu Fuss erreicht man div. Restaurants und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, es hätte aber etwas mehr Auswahl haben können. Auch der Automatenkaffee war nicht der Beste. Gegen Beazhlung konnte man sich aber einen Kaffee von der Bar bestellen.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Zentrale Lage. Zu Fuß konnte man die Stadt gut erkunden.
Das Hotel selbst sah von außen sehr schön aus und auch die Rezeption und das innere des Gebäudes sahen einladen aus. Das Hotelzimmer an sich, sah auch aus wie abgebildet und war mit einer Klimaanlage bestückt. Das Bett war bequem und groß genug für zwei.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte für zwei Personen zu wenig Ablagefläche und Handtuch Halterungen.
Die Dusche besaß keine Duschwand, sodass das gesamte Badezimmer ebenfalls nass wurde.
Im Hotelzimmer selbst gab es keinen Mülleimer, nur einen im Badezimmer.
Die Handtücher die zur Verfügung gestellt worden sind, waren leider noch feucht. Die Begründung war das schnell gereinigt und gewaschen worden ist und sie deshalb noch feucht waren (Ansich kein großes Problem, nur eins wenn man sie nicht gleich auseinander nimmt und trocknet, was bedingt durch fehlende Halterungen erschwert war)
Wir bekamen neue Handtücher. Also auch schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung.
Das Frühstück war leider auch sehr klein und mager.
Es gab keine Auswahl an verschiedenen Fleischaufstrichen und Käse, sowie keine Margarine oder ähnliches.

Passt erstmal im Grossen und Ganzen
Pros:

Im Grossen und Ganzen gut dort, komme seit einigen Jahren. Nur das Frühstück nimmt seit Jahren stetig ab, zu Anfang war es so "richtig Albanien Style" und umfangreich. Jetzt ist es "Standard" und man muss einen vernünftigen Cappuccino extra ordern wenn man nicht das Automatenzeug möchte. Irgendwie war das Personal diesmal auch ziemlich eingepennt, nach allem musste man extra fragen, Salz/Pfeffer, Olivenöl ...
Aussenterrasse ist gut mit mehreren Bereichen, kann man auch bei Hitze gut sitzen.

Cons:

Klima Anlage im Zimmer geht bei Verlassen aus und geht nur mit Zimmerkarte (und man bekommt nur eine).

Hyvällä sijainnilla, mahdollisuus pysäköidä auto kadulle hotellin eteen. Vastaanotossa henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliaita ja mukavia. Rauhallinen alue. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Lyhyt kävelymatka ravintoloihin.

Cons:

Huoneeseen kuului täysin selkeästi kaikki äänet käytävältä ja muualta hotellista, äänieristystä ei ollut lainkaan. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut suihkuseinää, joten koko kylpyhuone kastui suihkussa käydessä. Yöllä tuli viiden tunnin mittainen sähkökatko ukkosen vuoksi.
