The lack of parking. They advertise free parking but fail to mention that it’s one spot and one handicap.
This hotel was close by everything, but it wasn’t that clean and it smelt like cigarettes in our room
Space in the room was bigger than any other places I've been on the near area for the price.
Clean and the staff were absolutely amazing
Bathroom with a big shower made the difference
The couch make the room to crowded. need more space for luggage and internal laundy
Amazing customer service
Ummmm idk if this is a love hotel. Vibe was kind of weird. Lighting has a “sweet setting” which turned on the light to the crotch area of the bed.
So maybe not family friendly lol
スタッフの態度が良くない
I liked the location & the cleanliness.
I didn’t like the fact that the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke especially our room
I didn’t like that the windows were covered and I couldn’t look out .
I didn’t appreciate the decor or the plastic flowers
Excellent.
While the location is good and the rooms are nice, the staff is pretty inept. We checked in and our room smelled like smoke. They moved us next door (which still had some odor).
Other issues included having to ask (and remind) staff for issues such as new towels, cleaning of rooms, new keys (key cards are switched out each day and you have to ask the front desk). Again, polite staff, they just seem to forget concerns you ask of them (takes them couple reminders).
