Pros:

Lovely and spacious. Well equipped with private onsen and sauna. Nice breakfast!

Emplacement, literie, cuisine, onsen personnel exceptionnel !! Grande cuisine et grand séjour. Tout est top.

Cons:

Il y a des capsules à café mais pas assez pour notre séjour car on ne boit pas de décaféiné habituellement mais il s'agit d'un tout petit détail. Aussi l'hôtel est sans personnel donc il faut s'enregistrer dans le hall via internet mais cela a été assez simple et rapide finalement.on savait aussi que cela se passait de cette manière donc aucune surprise.

Great space, facilities, comfort, very modern and clean.

Cons:

Clearer instructions that check-in could be done after you get to your rooms! English instructions for the oven, TV, projector etc. There were only breakfast boxes in one room, not in the largest room for 3, so we had to share.

Bon hôtel à Hakone. Pratique.
Pros:

La taille de la chambre, le sauna, le onsen, l’accès pratique.

Cons:

Difficile de comprendre comment faire marcher les plaques électriques et le micro-ondes pour préparer notre petit déjeuner.
Pas de thé disponible malgré la bouilloire. Un jus d’orange pour le petit déjeuner aurait été top.

Wonderful private onsen but in the middle of nowhere
Pros:

The room and facilities are really great. Very modern. The best part is the private onsen, sauna and the terrace balcony foot bath. We felt like we took full advantage by doing onset twice per day when we were there.

Cons:

The location of the property is convenient to the train station but it’s not in a pedestrian friendly area even though it is only 5 minutes walk. There are also no restaurants in the area, except there is a nice tiny Taiwanese place, which is pretty good food but just limited choice. For food you need to either order the meal plan with Rakuten Stay directly or you need to get food at the convenience store 15 minutes walk. Just be aware the convenience store is in a hilly part of the neighborhood so not easy to get to even though it isn’t far.

The best room I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

Everything, it was literally the best hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Cons:

I guess that it’s completely unmanned. But the check-in was smooth.

Private in room onsen was great! Cleanliness was great as well.

Cons:

Per the description and picture of the room I reserved, I thought my room had a foot bath and balcony. The room I had- room 207, did not have a balcony/ foot bath! Very disappointing. It was hard to get in touch with an agent in real time. I did try to use the chat bot but it redirected me to a different site to upload the picture/ description.
