Très bien mais pas de bagagerie ni personnel

Pas de personnel

Everything was amazing!
Wow the room is excellent.
The onsen was incredible.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
The apartment is very spacious, with a big screen TV.
There’s also an ice machine.
The fridge was stocked with great welcome snacks and drinks, which was a really nice touch.
The view is stunning.
Everything was super clean.
The washing machine was great.
Very private and comfortable.
Highly recommended!

Pros:

The onsen and sauna are amazing. The view from the balcony is lovely and peaceful

Cons:

The check in process is a little tedious. I tried calling to check in for 10 mins before I gave up as no one answered. Otherwise everything was great.

Pros:

Absolutely beautiful place clean and lots of space already part way around the Hakone loop going clockwise against the crowds. Great facilities and 7-11 about a 10 minute walk. It's on a very steep hill and no staff so probably not the place to stay if you need assistance. Perfect for us with kids under 10 when we just needed somewhere to relax that wasn't formal so we could enjoy the sightseeing each side. Vending machine for snacks and drinks and some welcome drinks in the room. Hot tub and foot spa were very welcome for tired feet! Coffee machine was great.

Cons:

Breakfast was interesting.. bacon and cheese sandwich and corn soup got us started but don't rely on it. Pillows were terrible!

Pros:

設備が細かいところまで行き届いていて、全てが綺麗で清潔だった。ベットも良く枕が柔らかくて寝心地が良かった。
お風呂が最高。サウナもよかった。
もっと滞在したいと思った。
足湯もあり最高だった。

Cons:

自動販売機が簡単に使えなかった。
QRコードでの読み込み操作が途中でできなくなってとても不便だった。
館内の入室もオンラインチェックインで何度やってもできず、他の海外の家族も入口で立ち往生してた。
