Renovated, well located, good sized apartment
Pros:

The apartment was of good size with a separate bedroom and a well stocked kitchenette. Well located with a ski hire facility and bus stop within 50m and only a short 10 minute walk to the train station and the centre of Zermatt. Ski storage was provided onsite. Two additional single wall mounted pull-down beds were provided should you need to accommodate additional guests.

Cons:

No microwave.
No laundry facilities.
The bathroom was dated and lacked sufficient shelving for toiletries.
Our apartment was dark as it faced another apartment which required the curtains to be drawn for privacy; however, mountain facing rooms would afford better views and provide a brighter outlook which would definitely increase my rating for the apartment.

Cons:

we had to pay additional charges each time 25 chf for transfer between hotel and apartment, apartment and taxi station. For such price all the transfers should be included specifically between hotel's facilities

Top Lage , wenn das Problem mit der Holzwaende behoben toll

Appsrtment neu renoviert aber die Holzwaende haben noch Holzspriesen ! Vorsicht mit anfsssen

Cons:

Mitarbeiter benutzen pool wenn es am vollsten ist !

Eigentlich perfekt für uns.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war optional im Hotel in der Nähe: einfach perfekt, sowohl was Auswahl als auch die Bedienung anbelangt.
Die Lage war für Fussgänger ideal.
Das Studio an sich: Innenausstattung und Grösse, Skiraum.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist wohl das nächste was renoviert wird. War OK, aber im Gegensatz zum restlichen Studio schon etwas älter (mangelnde Ablagen).

アパートメントなので、キッチンは充実していました。

Cons:

ツェルマットの駅から歩くにはやや遠かったです。チェックインはALPEN RESORTホテルでしかできません。アパートは無人です。 インターフォンで受付に確認し、ホテルまで歩いてチェックインしました。荷物は預かってくれますが、自分で運びますし、誰でも入れる個室に置くので不安でした。

観光後、ツェルマット駅でシャトルバスを電話で呼んだら来てくれました。ただし、ALPEN RESORTホテルまでです。翌朝のタクシーを頼んだら、同じシャトルバスが来て、タクシー代として25スイスフランでした。同じ系列でツェルマット駅とホテルの途中にあるので、経由ピックアップもしてもらえたらと思いました。お安いから仕方ないかもしれませんが。
