Pros:

Sin duda alguna el personal. Atención exquisita y muy profesional

Cons:

En líneas generales todo perfecto. Únicamente como punto negativo fue que el AC no funcionaba bien pero sabiendo que solo llebavan un par de días de reapertura totalmente normal.

Wir werden sicher nie mehr in dieses Hotel gehen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Für Senioren nicht geeignet. Wir mussten die Koffer eine Treppe runter tragen, eine Hilfe wurde uns nicht angeboten.
Wir haben ein 2 Bett Zimmer mit Poolsicht gebucht. Bekamen aber ein Zimmer mit Französischen Bett und Strassensicht.
Wir gingen reklamieren, mussten wieder die Treppe hoch, was sehr beschwerlich war. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer mit 2 Betten. Das war dann okay.

Really good hotel, helpful staff, great location
Pros:

Really helpful staff, location was perfect, a short walk from the main bars, restaurants and beach. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was a great selection of options (when we made it!). Would certainly stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't start until 8am, travelling to play golf with early tee times meant we missed this on a number of the days. Some option to grab and go breakfast before 8am would be great. With late flights we were not able to extend our rooms for a late check out after golf, there is some showers in the spa which we were able to use but no real changing rooms which could be something the hotel address, all minor stuff though and we really enjoyed our stay overall.

Estancia en Paguera
Pros:

Ubicación cercana a la playa de Paguera

Cons:

El hotel está compuesto por cuatro bloques. Dos de ellos tienen acceso directo desde la entrada principal, mientras que los bloques tercero y cuarto, que están más cerca del mar, cuentan con una entrada secundaria más próxima. Sin embargo, esta puerta permaneció cerrada durante toda nuestra estancia, lo que nos obligaba a subir hasta la entrada principal y luego volver a bajar hasta nuestro bloque. Esto resultó bastante incómodo, especialmente por la noche, ya que el acceso por carretera no estaba iluminado y íbamos acompañados de una niña. Lo comentamos en recepción.

Pros:

En general todo el hotel, las piscinas y la gente era muy amable

Cons:

El checking fue muy lento parece que no iba muy rápido el programa y eso que nos lo hicieron entre varios porque éramos un grupo de 10,y que las habitaciones no estaban juntas

Overall we were happy to stay there and would return.But definitely need to sort out a safe.
Pros:

Room was a decent size as was the toilet,food was ample and plenty staff in dining area were always polite and busy.

Cons:

Not a lot of information in room regarding WiFi and how to connect.We couldn't get the safe to work even though we asked at reception maintenance didn't arrive.The receptionist were really busy all the time.Maybe we were just a bit unlucky.But you really need a safe place for your valuables.
