Pros:

Rather clean rooms and good territory.
Very good meals.

Cons:

Two beds put together are not that comfortable, they were constantly moving even because of a light push.
Personal in the restaurant (apart from the host) could hardly speak English and didn’t get that we were asking for half glass of wine instead of a full one.
That wasn’t our problem but still - staff notified police because of the cars that were parked near the entrance. If I received that notice on a car, I’d be completely frustrated.

Staff were nice

Cons:

We stayed for 5 days and our room was only serviced on our last day despite us complaining to staff. Even when our room was serviced on the last day, the bed sheets were not changed and the room was not particularly clean, for example the mirror was filthy. We had to continually go and get clean towels and toilet paper ourselves.

Pros:

El personal súper amable, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Nos cambiaron a una habitación más grande debido a que la nuestra no estaba disponible. Muy buen servicio y muy buen desayuno. La ubicación era muy cómoda. Si vas con coche tienes al lado del hotel varios parkings gratuitos y cerca de la playa. En general fue una buena experiencia.

Cons:

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes con la tarjeta de la habitación, los cuales tuvimos que dirigirnos a la recepción para comunicarlos y que lo solucionaran. El agua de la piscina estaba helada y el sol pega muy poco por la tarde en esa zona, por lo que no fue cómodo bañarnos luego de la playa. La cena tiene bastantes inconvenientes, no hay gran variedad de comida, si no te gusta el pescado poco más podrás encontrar para cenar. El comedor estuvo plagado de humo varias noches debido a las planchas y olor a quemado.

El Hotel nos sorprendió desde que llegamos a las isntalaciones a la 1 de la mañana. me encanto el buffet de desayuno y especial mención al metre del restaurante. Me encanto la amplitud del hotel y en general todos sus trabajadores. Habitación muy amplia y bien aislada del sonido exterior. la limpieza estupenda

Pros:

Amazing place!From location,food and ameneties we loved it.They even have gluten free options and are always nice and help procure the break for you every morning as thats no in the section out front.
It has 2 pools,and they let ua used that and take a shower after checkout and before our late transfer to the airport.
Rooms are good size and bed comfortable.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté des chambres.

Cons:

La disposition des piscines, qui n’ont presque pas de soleil pour l’une d’entre elle quasi nulle, donc l’eau est glacée et impossible de s’y baigner. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel et le dîner encore moins, pour un hôtel de ce prestige on s’attend à mieux.

Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hotel
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était le seul point positif de tout le séjour.

Cons:

On avait réservé une chambre avec vue sur piscine mais nous n'en avons pas reçu.
L'hotel manque de propreté, surtout au restaurant et autour de la piscine qui donne aux blocs 3 et 4.
Le bloc 4 de l'hotel est certainement le plus vieux de tous les 4 bâtiment que composent l'hotel.
La moquette au sol dans les couloirs est à arracher tellement c'est sâle.
Réveillés en pleine nuit à 2h du matin à cause d'une alarme incendie qui s'est déclenchée parce que 2 individus ont fumé dans la salle de bain et de ce fait les bâtiments 3 et 4 ont été évacués.

Y todo salió perfecto
Destacar la habitación con todo lo necesario, disponía de ducha y un balcón.
Piscinas limpias y con hamacas siempre disponible.
Cogimos la opción de la media pensión.
El restaurante se ubicaba en el bloque 3.
Desayuno copioso y abundante.
Platos bien presentados y sabrosos.
Variedad en los productos ofertados.
Una gama amplia de frutas frescas.
Lo mismo para el servicio de cena, nunca sabes que comer de todos los platos que hay, desde carne en salsa, un día había gambas.
También pizzas de varios tipos.
Postres bastantes buenos

First trip to Mallorca

Our stay at this hotel with its extensive gardens was excellent.
We were looked after at all times by Paula, the head of reception, and Paco, the manager, who sorted out a few minor issues we had straight away.
The hotel has some fairly well-equipped new gyms. There’s also a room where we could store our bikes for free.
First thing every morning, we’d have breakfast in the dining room. There, you could enjoy churros, fried eggs and delicious coffee.
During our stay, we discovered a corner dedicated to local and national specialities.
There was also a chocolate fountain for the little ones to enjoy.
At dinner, we had a Mexican-themed night with delicious nachos, amongst other things.
There was also grilled salmon; as we don’t eat meat, it was perfect to always find good-quality fish.
One day it rained and we didn’t go out for a bike ride, so we stayed at the lobby bar. It was quite busy, but we really enjoyed their burgers and starters, such as the hummus.

Für 4 Sterne sollten man mehr erwarten können .
Frühstück wie in einer Jugendherberge, sehr laut und die Auswahl ist nicht besonders. Man wird Pünktlich rausgeworfen um 10:30.

Quelque jours de repos
Pros:

Nous avons passé l'été en famille et, franchement, tout s'est plutôt bien passé.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses et équipées de tout le nécessaire.
L'offre gastronomique était riche et variée. On trouvait toujours quelque chose de différent chaque jour : pancakes, gaufres, gâteaux… Un vaste choix et une grande variété de plats. Sans oublier les fruits sélectionnés pour leur qualité.
On sent que l'établissement est bien géré.
Au dîner, nous avons pu déguster des saveurs méditerranéennes, avec des salades vertes, des viandes et des poissons en sauce. Sans oublier des desserts qui n’ont rien à envier à ceux de France.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour son offre culinaire.

Our first time in Paguera
Pros:

We stayed there at the end of August. The temperature was perfect and there were always sun loungers available.
We opted for the room-only package. At the hotel, you could pay for breakfast and dinner; we did this on some days, whilst on others we ate out in the local area as we were going on day trips.
There was always plenty of variety at the buffet, and you could ask for gluten-free bread. The waffles were incredible.
The coffee was really good, to be honest.
What we liked best was the themed corner; one day we found Iberian cured meats there.
We only had dinner at the hotel once, and the dishes we tried were varied and full of flavour.
There was grilled meat and fish.
All the staff were very friendly.
