Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Strand. Frühstück und Abendessen gab es in Buffetform, es war abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat zügig gearbeitet.
Auch wenn in manchen Bereichen Renovierungsarbeiten nötig wären, hat man sich bemüht das Vorhandene gut zu pflegen.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig. Das Wasser im Pool war sehr kalt, auch im Innenpool.
Es gibt einige Ecken wo Sanierungen nötig wären. Das liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass 2 Hotels zusammengelegt wurden 🤔
Bei der Buchung mehrerer Zimmer muss man aufpassen falls man im gleichen Gebäude wohnen möchte.

Sehr gute Lage Ruhig und trotzdem schnell am Meer und in Restaurants/Bar.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung jeden Tag allerdings nicht so top aber oke.

Pros:

Wir hatten im Ona Palmira Paguera drei Zimmer mit Halbpension gebucht und waren wirklich rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön groß und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, lecker und immer ausreichend vorhanden.
Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war das unglaublich freundliche Personal – immer aufmerksam, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich einfach sofort wohlgefühlt.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei euch, wir kommen gerne wieder 👌🏻

Pros:

Hotel położony w ogrodzie, jest dużo zieleni. Są dwa baseny na zewnątrz ale woda w maju zimna. Śniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo dobre dla każdego coś dobrego . Do kolacji napoje płatne ale cena ok. Do plaży nie tak daleko można przejść na pieszo. Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy do Palmy. Pokój był taki jak w ofercie z widokiem na basen. Na dole zaraz restauracja. Czysty i wygodny. Na plus zgłoszona awaria suszarki od razu naprawiona. Kontakt przez Whatsapp. Ręczniki basenowe 4 euro koszt.

Schody, z walizką dość duża przeszkoda aby dojść do budynku. Ręczniki zmieniane co 2 dni. Największy jest problem z hałasem w nocy, wszystko słychać każde przesunięcie krzesła, osoby wracające w nocy słychać na schodach. Hotel nastawiony głównie na niemieckich turystów. W nocy włączył się alarm chyba przez papierosa, bardzo dużo palących na balkonach. W całym hotelu czuć papierosami. Rano znów alarm wył.
