Pros:

Constant nitpicking around extra costs…extra price for taxes not included in the price. Required extra money for beach towels. Obsessed with getting keys back. It would be nice to have a single price and not get nickel and dimed after the fact.

Krásný hotel. Super prostředí, Sirmione je krásné malebné městečko.
Pros:

Hotel byl v dobré lokalitě . Pokoj čistý, prostorný. A výborná byla obrovská terasa s úžasným výhledem. Potěšilo nás, že hotel měl k dispozici jízdní kola. Na těch jsme bezpečně dojeli k vodnímu hradu a zpět. Nadchla nás procházka po městečku. Ráno byla skvělá snídaně.

Comodo il parcheggio, la colazione in giardino e lo spazio verde intorno alla piscina.

Cons:

L’hotel non è vicino al centro e l’accesso alle auto per il centro chiuso, i servizi navetta poco frequenti e i taxi assenti, non hanno favorito una visita tranquilla considerando il nostro poco tempo a disposizione. Qualche dettaglio logistico in più all’arrivo sarebbe stato utile! Ristorante consigliato (La Foresta), molto turistico. In camera migliorerei materassi e TV

Good value stay, great pool
Pros:

The pool and pool area was excellent. Free parking with an underground garage. Good quiet location.

Cons:

In contrast to other reviews I found the staff to be quite unfriendly, they seemed to get on well with each other, but seemed put-out to have to deal with guests. This wasn't a one off thing, it was at check-in, breakfast and check-out.
