Nice hotel just a minute from Akabane train station, which is just 20min from tokyo station. They clean every 3 days but
Pros:

Finally a hotel where they don't bring you new towels everyday, it's so useless. You can ask for new ones anytime :)

Cons:

The location is not the cleanest in Japanese standards and there are wasted people.

Lovely modern, small hotel but would not be tempted to stay again.
Pros:

Lovely modern feel to this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of foods to try.

The bathroom and shower in the room was also excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately I do have to say that, not only was our room very small for a room with a large double bed, which was confusing as the room next door had two single beds and yet the room itself was easily twice as big as ours but also it was very very warm, not just in the room but in the whole hotel. Yes, there was aircon in the room but unless you wanted cool air blowing directly in your face while you try to sleep, this didn’t help.

Pros:

立地とても便利で、駅地下です。設備は大浴場もあり、新しく便利です。

Cons:

結構気に入った施設で、ここ２年で、１０回以上連泊させて頂いてます。今回は一寸厳しく書かせて頂きます。先月大浴場の左のドライヤーが壊れていましたが、今回なおっていませんでした。チェック不足です。部屋の明るさは他の口コミでも指摘されていましたが、暗過ぎます。若いスタッフが多いためか、言葉使いはできてますが心が感じられません。ホスピタリティの勉強しなおしてください。笑顔がとても少ないです。立地も、設備も良いのにとてももったいないと思います。明るく、楽しく仕事ができればレストランももっと利用されると思います。

Pros:

飯店中規中矩、有大浴場可泡湯、浴廁乾濕分明、平日晚上8點後有免費茶泡飯蠻好吃的；位置非常好，離JR赤羽站步行1分鐘即達，要到大宮站轉搭新幹線非常方便、地鐵南北線赤羽岩淵站步行約10分鐘亦可抵達。

Cons:

房間很小，行李箱打開就沒有走道了、椅子卡在床位及桌子中間非常擁擠根本無法坐下來，大浴場蠻小的好險入住那3天同時來泡湯的人不多、1樓大廳備品拿取處有蠻多紙箱讓人稍嫌雜亂。

駅近くて夜食こお茶漬けバイキングもとても美味しいです。
部屋は清潔でおすすめします。
大浴場もありゆっくり出来ます。

エレベーター来るのが遅いくらいです。
