It’s not a good value for money, you pay 150 EUR but it’s not professional enough to rent such a house.
Pros:

Nice chimney and hot tub, also very good view from the balcony.

Cons:

Too expensive for such an accommodation. There was no breakfast in place, needed to travel back to another hotel 700m away from it. The breakfast itself was Turkish style but one of the worst I’ve ever had in Türkiye. The host explained the lack of breakfast by Ramadan but I don’t see how it affects, he couldn’t explain better.
No Wi-Fi, and no information about that prior to checking in. Not the biggest issue because we live in Türkiye but could be a prob for foreign tourists.
The lack of kitchen utencils: only one pan, no stir pans and others; only 2 forks!!!
The house itself is what Turkish hosts think it should be: made by themselves from cheap materials and no specific cozy and details. Like chear in the balcony without a pillow.
Need to travel 100 km to Georgia to see how it should be.
Besides, bad road conditions.

Pros:

Wonderful view, so beautiful bungalov. The owner is very kind and responsive at any time. The restaurant is good and people there are so cute.
It's absolutely the place made for romantic moments.
