We had a wonderful stay at Kayataş Cave Suites. The room was very comfortable, clean, and full of authentic Cappadocia charm. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food. The rooftop terrace offers an amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise—it was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is also excellent, close to everything in Göreme. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would definitely stay here again.

Front office staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Sam and the young lad. They also allowed us early check-in. We also availed additional services such as airport pick up and tours, at reasonable prices.

Cons:

Regarding the cleaning services, the door hanger provided was not clearly visible to us upon arrival. Consequently, we assumed that room cleaning was strictly on-request rather than scheduled daily. Moving forward, it would be highly beneficial to place this sign directly on the bed or another prominent location inside the room. This will ensure guests who wish to decline housekeeping can easily find and use it.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The hotel and the room were perfect, the views from the rooftop even more. It’s a few minutes walking from the city center making it easy to visit every place. The staff were kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay here.
