The location is great. Staff are so friendly, the cleaning ladies kept checking on us and offered water , coffee and towels , they were very nice
The room was full of humidity and mould, we couldn’t even breathe properly at night , when I raised this with the receptionist , he informed me that this is a common problem with cave hotels ( despite our hotel was not a genuine cave ) , I explained to him that people with asthma would have suffered , he told me that people with asthma should not come to Cappadocia ! When I suggested he should put a note on booking.com to warn people of this problem , he said it is their responsibility to learn about Cappadocia before they come , I disagreed and I write this now to help people make their decisions , despite these disagreements , he was nice and friendly .

Location was great and staff friendly
Room styling and cleanliness were not great. We had two rooms…one bed was styled as a dragon, the other as an eagle. Both beds were awful and we can away with bruises and scratches as the dragon/eagle moulding was a real hazard. Both rooms had lights that didn’t work and one was so unclean there was a tooth floss on the bathroom surface and a bra on the floor.
Everything was perfect
Tutto, gentilissimi, puliti, posizione ottimale per passeggiare in centro si può andare a piedi. Rilassante e molto bella la struttura.

L’équipement dans la salle de bain, il y a un hammam traditionnelle sans rien pour s’assoir.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était vraiment très belle, avec un joli balcon très agréable. Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant, disponible et aux petits soins pour que nous passions un excellent moment. Un grand merci encore pour votre aide et la réservation des montgolfières !
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos valises à l’accueil avant d’avoir la chambre, mais aussi après le check-out, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon dans l’ensemble et proposait un choix varié. Enfin, la localisation est parfaite pour profiter de la ville et de ses alentours.
Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Le seul petit point à noter, et vraiment toutes proportions gardées, est que l’hôtel est situé en hauteur et qu’il faut monter une petite pente pour y accéder. Nous ne nous y attendions pas en arrivant avec les valises, et la montée pouvait être un peu fatigante à refaire chaque jour. Cela reste toutefois un détail plus que mineur au regard de tous les points positifs de l’hôtel.
Хороший, красивый отель, вкусные завтраки, доброжелательный персонал. Помогли с организацией экскурсии. Отель находится на горе, поэтому возвращаться обратно пешком тяжеловато, зато виды с террасы прекрасные. Так как был поздний выезд, разрешили остаться в номере на два часа дольше без дополнительной оплаты. Дальше мы находились в лобби с удобными диванами, чаем и кофе. В целом, все понравилось, ожидания оправдались.
Уборка делать чуть лучше, под кроватями и в углах клубки пыли
Had a great relaxed atmosphere, room had a great spacious feel for a cave.
Roof garden and breakfast were excellent.

Good location below the main public viewing point. On the good side of town. Nice terrace that does allow you to get that nice pic with balloons.

Room was big and good AC. (We had a king suite).
There’s a reason it’s not a 9. Because the promise seriously sets expectations too high.
Attention to detail is poor. It could be so so much better. Random hoses lying about in the main outside area.
At one stage we had no toilet paper which I found hard to understand.
The bar staff who don’t seem to have any significant bar ability other than serving beer and wine.(they are friendly though, but not the most attentive). I spoke to 3 bar staff before I got my coke. And any cocktail that is not a simple ‘mixer’ they simply can’t/won’t do.
Unwashed plates and cups in the lobby, but that added to its student/community charm.
The ‘spa bath’ is a nice touch but it’s a horrible design with limited usefulness that you’d expect.
Just FYI it is a steep walk up from town. We didn’t mind, but some people may, but then you get good views.
Everything was perfectly arranged from tours to airport transfer to check in. The location was excellent to everything, especially the viewpoint for the balloons really early in the morning. Breakfast had so many options. I would definitely return as a solo female traveler.
