Absolutely amazing, beautiful and peaceful!
Pros:

Made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. Beautiful hotel. Had the red carpet rolled out which instantly sets the scene for a special trip. The room was perfect. Due to it being my birthday while we were here and it being quiet season we got a room upgrade and what a blessing that was. The jacuzzi bath.. godsend!!
I spent most days after being on my feet all day hiking and exploring relaxing in the bath with the jets on my shoulders. Bliss! Thank you so much kayatas for such a kind gesture!
Also the breakfast in the morning was very tasty and credit to all staff where it is due, everyone was absolutely lovely!
If we ever return to cappadocia, perhaps to actually get chance to go up in the hot air balloon we will definitely come back!

Cons:

Only one thing I didn’t like and it’s entirely personal preference but the bed was a bit tough for me. But that is not to fault the hotel at all but I just like to be honest and people to be aware.

Great stay : Clean Rooms & Welcoming Staff
Pros:

We stayed in room with Jacuzzi and it was clean. Everything was clean especially washrooms which is super important for us. Staff is very helpful and they arranged tours and rentals very quick. Breakfast was great and they helped us with our luggage after check out and we stayed in their lobby room until we had our shuttle bus. Beautiful place and well lit up. I liked their rooftop too. Much recommended!

Cons:

Wifi connectivity had some issues but that can be easily fixed. I wish they had created some ambience at their rooftop which was also one of the factor to book this place.

Very good hospitality & facilities. Need a little cleanliness or update of the infrastructure in the room.
Pros:

The staff was very kind, as if they were our family. Breakfast was also great. Many home baked dishes are there. The views are pretty good too as the hotel is at a good height.

Cons:

The jacuzzi tub smelled pretty bad when the jet was switched on. I cleaned it with water but still second time it smelled bad.

Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Bem localizado, pode comprar os passeios no próprio hotel sem medo, lá tem muitos gatinhos um mais lindo e fofo que o outro, o café da manhã é muito bom, Capadócia no inverno é incrível.

Cons:

No passeio Caminho Verde eles te levam para algumas lojinhas, não comprem nada os preços são altíssimos e os vendedores cheio das pegadinhas. Foi a única coisa que não gostei e não tem nada com hotel, vai do guia do passeio que te leva em lugares para pegar turistas. Mas o passeio vale muito a pena fazer, só nas paradas das lojinhas que precisa de atenção.

Merveilleux séjour en Cappadoce
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de Goreme. Les chambres sont très grandes, à la déco originale. La salle de bains est immense. Le personnel est très serviable et tjs dispo pour vous aider. Il n y a pas de parking privé propre à l hôtel mais un parking public situé à 20m. Petit déjeuner complet. La personne qui y sert est très gentille. Plein de restaurants autour de l hôtel où vous pouvez vous rendre à pied. Je ne peux pas parler de la vue pour voir les montgolfières car elles n ont pas volé à cause de la neige durant notre séjour.

Pasable para unos días.
Pros:

La ubicación fue lo mejor.
La habitación no reunía condiciones ,la calefacción tenía un radiador que no funcionaba bien y un día no tuvimos agua.
