Pros:

Me and my son really enjoyed our stay. Such a great location with bus stops on doorsteps and lovely people running the establishment. Room was clean and very welcoming with a good kettle, mugs, tea, coffee and ready water. Felt very homie and chilled. Will be definitely returning!

Lies, lies, lies
Pros:

It said there were tea and coffee making facilities but there was nothing in our room. We stayed two nights and each night they had guests in the kitchen so we felt trapped upstairs as could only make food or cuppa if we went into the kitchen when they were entertainment people. I highly recommend a kettle for the rooms.
We also booked the large double room.as I was having a knee op so needed space in bed. They told us the bedding hadn't come back from the dry cleaners so we were put in two single beds. It was a complete lie as the mother of one of the hosts was in the large bed I had paid for on her own. Just really not nice to lie

Kitchen busy with friends drinking so felt uncomfortable to use it
Changed our room to put family in the room.id paid for and lied saying it was because the bedding hadn't come back from the cleaners. The mother was put in the room.so.we were lied to. I had a knee operation so needed a comfortable bed but one non paying family member was given it over us. Have the guts to be homest

Great value safe stay with kind hosts, but you must love dogs!
Pros:

The location was great with secure parking and close to amenities. The house was modern and the bathroom was lovely.
The beds were beautifully comfortable.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating in their home.
The garden was lovely and sunny.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have facilities in our room to make drinks so that we wouldn't have needed to keep using the communal kitchen as much.

We were warned that there were dogs, and both my friend and I love dogs, but we weren't quite prepared to be met by 8!! They were a bit overwhelming at times, and the sheer numbers did have an impact on the cleanliness of the kitchen and garden.

Excellent price, lovely staff, good dogs. Bedding was a little lackluster but can't complain!
Pros:

Location was great, directly next to a bus stop while also being very quiet overall.

Cons:

A few amenities either didn't work or were of a lower quality than expected, but it didn't cause any concern over the stay nor the property.

incredibly kind hosts in a great location
Pros:

the hosts are absolutely lovely, so kind and chatty. the dogs are also just as friendly. the beds were extremely comfortable. the location was incredible as it was really quiet and the bus stop is directly in front of the door. would stay again anytime.
