Reasonable stay. Staff could be more helpful
Pros:

The hotel itself was clean enough and the room was a decent size.

The staff could be a bit more helpful and honest about things. Davao City is non smoking in public spaces so to not have a smoking area or know of any designated areas is a bit under prepared. I could smell cigarette smoke in my room so I know that staff were probably smoking somewhere.

There were bottles of water in the room which I assumed were free as no other drinking water was available except for in the lobby. They charged me P20/bottle at checkout and I pointed out that they should make guests aware of this at the beginning. I was met with blank faces and another couple checking out at the same time were also not happy about this.

Pros:

Decent place in middle of the city with everything near by in walking distance. Rooms are good size.

Cons:

WiFi was not working very well on some routers.
