Pros:

Well it is very promising when you arrive at your accommodation greeted by the biggest, friendliest smile from Van & Hoang. The hospitality definitely matched their smiles.
We sure did enjoy our relaxing and peaceful 4 nights at Dragon Sea, it is in an ideal location, with everything needed close by.
We definitely recommend 👍

Pros:

Home được thiết kế xinh xắn, vị trí trung tâm biển An Bàng, gần nhà hàng và bãi biển. Buổi sáng đi đạp xe hoặc đi bộ ăn sáng dọc phố Nguyễn Phan Vinh rất thích.

Cons:

Home ko có nhà hàng trong khuôn viên, nên muốn ăn sáng thì phải báo trc với nhân viên tuy nhiên xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn chỉ cách vài chục mét đi bộ.

Sea dragon Homestay
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l emplacement des 3 chambres face à la piscine. La déco et emplacement du logement à 20 m des restaurants et de la plage.
Il s agit de logements normes 2 étoiles en France à mon avis destinés aux personnes habituées à voyager en Asie et à sortir de leur zone de confort par exemple la douche est à la vietnamienne. Nous avons sollicité notre hote pour louer 1 fourgonnette pour nous rendre à l aéroport de Danang plutôt que de voyager en 2 véhicules via Grab.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné en période de jours fériés donc l accès à la piscine était disons difficile et animé.

Relax stay close to the beach
Pros:

Very nice homestay just close to the beach with a nice swimming pool. There is nice garden. Quite a family vibe.

Cons:

Breakfast not great, be aware that some rooms are directly on the swimming pool which does not give much privacy.

Uncomfortable stay in a good location
Pros:

The location was good and pool ok

Cons:

The cleanliness is a huge problem. I don’t get the good reviews. The style of the rooms is nice, but they need to learn to maintain everything. Dust, mold, hair, stains,… it just needs cleaning! We felt very uncomfortable. Also, when we arrived, the bathroom was soaked. We informed the staff, who simply passed with a towel to dry it up a bit. 1 hour later, same problem. Toilet is leaking = gross.

Great little place convenient beach , bars and restaurants and 4 km from the beautiful hoian

A great place to stay when in AnBang
Pros:

The owners and family were lovely. They would deal with a request or question we had nothing was trouble for them. The beds are big. The room was cleaned and cleaned towels when we requested. Breakfast was included. Mainly eggs and toast. But for the money no complaints. Only a couple of minutes to the beach and local restaurants,local shops and bars.

Cons:

The beds are so big not much room to get in and out. The rooms could do with a long mirror. But overall. A great place to stay.

Wonderful Homestay near the beach.
Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay. Great value for money. A couple of minutes walk from restaurants and the beach. Only a short taxi trip to the centre of Hoi An. The family that run the property are such lovely people nothing to much trouble. Would stay again.

Nothing. Everything was just as the description given.

Nice but wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

The location was good and the price was fair for what was given.

Cons:

The apartment was fine, though the cleanliness wasn't great. Lots of dust all over especially on the fan and the extractor in the bathroom (which didn't work anyway).
The fridge and freezer was very dirty, wouldn't want to put food in there.
Also a lot of noise coming from the restaurant/resort? next door, not this places fault but worth mentioning.
