La posizione, la pulizia

Cons:

Il fatto che il check in si potesse fare solo dopo le 16. Molto scomodo perché se si arriva prima in città non si riesce a entrare nell’appartamento e riposarsi/usufruire dei servizi ecc

Goed, schoon en ruim appartement in een rustige wijk.
Pros:

Mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken met goede eettafel en stoelen. Goede airco. Zeer schoon. Ruim appartement. Goede bedden. Mooie badkamer. Rustige wijk, vooral in de nacht.

Cons:

De douche-afvoer liep niet goed door, na 2 min stond je in een waterbad. Ze gaan dat fixen. Er is geen uitzicht, je kijkt tegen een muur op een paar meter afstand, maar dat vond ik niet zo erg. Het appartement is erg gehorig, in de nacht hoorde ik voetstappen (van de buren?) en hun wc doortrekken leek wel naast mijn bed. Blijkbaar dunne muren.

Pros:

Ottimo il confort della casa. Uguale per la posizione, in zona residenziale tranquilla e organizzata.
Parcheggi disponibili a tutte le ore.

Cons:

Orari di check-in e -out davvero scomodi. Sicuramente l'arrivo in città alle 08:00 di mattina ha reso interminabile l'attesa fino alle ore 16:00. Considerando però il largo anticipo con il quale la struttura era stata avvisata della questione, mi aspettavo più flessibilità e disponibilità da parte della struttura.
D'altro canto "ok" la proposta del proprietario di farci depositare almeno i bagagli di fronte l'ingresso dell'appartamento (si parla di diverse valige di medie/grandi dimensioni), ma al vedere che l'unico controllo bagagli era una videocamera posta sul pianerottolo di pubblico accesso puntata sull'ingresso dell'appartamento, non ci è risultato sufficientemente sicuro accettare la proposta.

I‘d recommend it, as you get a whole appartment and have a great connection to the city and to mondello beach
Pros:

It was very clean, you get a whole appartment(2 rooms with a kitchen and a bathroom), also you are in a residential building but the suits are in seperately locker corridor which made me feel extra safe, public transport connections are great(though palermos buses are not great at beeing punctual ;))

Cons:

There were some negatives though:
1. There is no iron and ironing board(but it wasn‘t listed so no blame there)
2.The shower had some issues with the temperature control, you had to switch between cold and hot every minute to somehow stay on comfortable temeperature, otherwise it would get either too hot or to cold
3.The isolation of the windows is pretty light in appartment 2, so you hear every motorcyclist and car that drives by as well as morning construction, we got by with either extrem exaustion or noice cancelling headphones to fall asleep
