Las habitaciones nada agradables

Las sabanas estaban limpias y la amabilidad de las señoritas de la limpieza. El hotel luce muy bonito desde la playa.
La vista daba al basurero del hotel , es espantoso...basura regada por doquier, la atención en recepción es muy pésima,no tiene buena señal, la comida es de mala calidad y el sabor deja mucho que desear,el baño tenía humedad y moho,las ventanas muy sucias .
Las instalaciones estan muy viejas y sin mantenimiento
El personal del estacionamiento
Quisiera poder poner una queja para que eviten contratar ese tipo de personas ya que uno va ahí por seguridad tranquilidad y no para estar discutiendo con los trabajadores del estacionamiento
La vista del hotel, la ubicación todas las playas quedan muy cerca y el mantenimiento de la alberca es muy bueno igual se agradece que el horario de la alberca sea hasta las 10pm , los chicos de la recepción y en general todos los empleados son muy relajados ... Recomendable hospedarse aquí
La comida se pudiera mejorar un poco pero aún así está bien, no es algo tan indispensable para pasar unos buenos días en puerto escondido en este hotel

The views.
Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel..Very disappointing stay. Towels and pillowcases had holes, and the hairdryer advertised for the room was missing — only screws were left on the wall. The furniture was old and broken: missing drawer front, hanging cabinet door, and a ripped chair seat. The staircase was rusty and poorly maintained.
Renovation works were happening around 8–9 pm, making it impossible to rest in the evening. Wi-Fi in the room was basically not existing and not suitable for remote work. The views are nice, but the hotel is clearly in need of a complete renovation. Booked for three nights but left after the first night.

Y lo peor de todo es que no hay un ruta de evacuación visible qué nos guíe ante un sismo.
