Super Lage und außergewöhnliche Aussicht
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut um überall gut und schnell hinzukommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgewogen und sehr lecker, insbesondere die gebratenen Dumplings. Auch die Auswahl ist sehr gut. Das beste ist natürlich die Aussicht. Wir waren in der 79. Etage. Vielen Dank auch für den späten Check-Out.

Service can be better. Communication issues.

The location, facilities and room was great.

Cons:

I forgot my phone in the dining room and called the staff later in the afternoon to inquire. The staff confidently said they didnt find a phone. I search for an hour in the room and then went to the dining area myself to find the phone at the staff desk. I think the staff are not well connected and service can be poor. My battery adapter was delivered at the concierge by Alibaba half an hour before they sent it upstairs after I called and inquired. For such a big hotel they dont even keep spare mac book chargers. Language issues can make communication with staff difficult sometimes.

Great Stay overall, Great vibes and scenary.
Pros:

- Room was clean, cleaning service was great.
- Staff were great, kind and helpful.
- Amazing room view as expected.
- Room was calm, and spacious.
- Five Star hotel service and vibes level were expected and given to me.

Cons:

- Rechability to room was slow due to the elevators.
- Location was amazing, scenary, and safe but lacks direct reachability to metro and taxis stop.
- Bed wasn't comfortable and harsh on body.
- Deposit amount was high and unpredicted.
