The Most Horrible Hotel to stay near Kanyakumari is this place.
Cons:

This is the most horrible experience for my bookings on booking.com, they had advertised as 2.8 Kms from beach, which is wrong they are actually 22 kms away from Kanyakumari and 30 kms away from the beach, when questioned about this, they claim to say that as I customer, I should check that they are actually 30 kms away from the beach, they have charged me 2300 for a service that was horrible, lifts don't work, there is restaurants near by, there are no food availability in this hotel, It's a horrible experience, Booking.com should stop encouraging such fraudulent hotels from conducting business on their platform, Especially Sandhya and Vicky are not even human beings, I am informing that my wife is suffering from fever, all they were worried was that I should pay and check out.

Value for money
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and well built. We booked 1 room with 2 double beds(107 room no.) & 1 with 1 double bed (108 room no.)

Very value for money & good experience.

The location was 25-30Km away from Kanyakumari but the route is fast flowing & nice.

The owner & manager were well behaved and welcoming.

Cons:

Since room no.108 was not having curtains so it was very hot during the day since it had all glass windows and at night it attracted some bugs.So that room needs some improvements.Though the view was nice so attaching one image.

Around the hotel there are not many options to have a good dinner and the area basically consists of local shops.
