Pros:

hotel is in a wonderful location, large spacious rooms, balcony, sea view, varied breakfasts

Cons:

There's not enough fruit for breakfast. I'd like to see more variety of fruits for a tropical country. Unfortunately, I couldn't swim because of the waves. Apparently weather is always like this in February

Pros:

Staffs very nice & accommodative, thankss. Kids enjoy the pool & beach.

Cons:

1st room got bit issue with the aircond & ventilation. But after alerted the staffs, they changed our room immediately. Thanks! In general rooms may need more maintenance & check-up from time to time.

Great quite getaway but dont expect 5 Star services.
Pros:

The location and the clean sandy beach, the open space lobby entry you only have in tropical climate. The ocean view and also the Gym is nice. The bed is super comfortable, also for tall people.

Cons:

There could be better information about services, restaurant opening times, activities, etc.. Also normally 5 star should have 24h room service. Some of the food was not available (sold out), and the breakfast contained lots of choices but all of medium quality. We struggled to control the room temperature it was either freezing cold or no aircon.

Might try again, I think?
Pros:

1. Food have more variety compared to nearby resort (actually this factor was the sole reason why we didn't choose the other resort).

2. Check-in process was really smooth. The staff asked me to stay at the waiting area while he went back and forth to the check-in counter.

3. Lots of tv shows provided and the TV was in great shape as well; just required some adjustment with the volume (we asked help from the technician).

4. Pillow are great. Like it very much, so comfy.


5. There are choices of entertainment i.e. games and mini sport for family activities.

Cons:

1. Wifi was not entirely accessible, even my own internet also got problem. Similar experience before this resort was refurbished (I think previous name was Damai Puri?).

2. Beach area is not wide, so when the tide was high it's almost not safe to go around the beach. Just able to view from high place.

3. My little family stay here with my extended families so we have 4 rooms in total. We checkout separately but the staff at checkout counter keep insisting I got 2 rooms booked under my name and the other had not check out yet (even though I saw with my eyes that my sister already check out).

I also need to sign 2 pieces of paper to get the remaining of my deposit (RM 120 and RM 0.50) due to miscalculation from the same staff. Luckily, not many people at that time so I just got delayed a little bit.

Pros:

Very nice place north of Kuching at the 'end of the road' in the middle of nature.. very nice facilities with direct beach access and grand swimming pool...

Cons:

Somehow the bed sheets in the room were always damp... probably linked to the high humidity in this place... nothing else to complain about ....
