Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage gut. Man ist fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten am Strand.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und wir hatten eine kleine Eidechse im Zimmer. Außerdem fehlten Handseife und ein Handtuch für die Hände im Bad. Als wir auschecken wollten waren wir im Zimmer gefangen da das Schloss sich nicht öffnen lies.

Cercanía a playas.

Cons:

1) El lugar desde el parqueo huele terrible a cloaca.
2) El día que reserve en booking salía que me iba a costar 97mil colones, en vivo pagué 103mil colones.
3) Lugar incómodo de parqueo.
4) Piscina e interiores deteriorados.
5) No me parece buena relación calidad/precio.

Happy for the hospitality and it gave us everything we needed.
Pros:

The location rocked! Quick walk to the beach. Short drive to many more beaches. The staff went out of their way to help us with our stay with recommendations for best beaches, restaurants, etc. They quickly resolved to any concerns we had. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Cons:

Although we booked it showing a discount, and we booked a day before arriving, the description oversold the reality a bit. The place needs some refreshing, counter tiles replaced, shower head replaced, etc.
Photo of McDonalds (in Nicoya) and chart about running accidently attached, and I couldn’t detach. That’s a shortcoming of booking.com’s interface.

Loterie selon les chambres
Pros:

Emplacement proche plage et centre brasilito

Cons:

Chambres , probleme de clim sur la 1ere , plus du bruit, un enfer la 1ere nuit pour un prix assez cher finalement...on m a changé de chambre a ma demande. Equipemenrs assez simples, pas comme sur les photos.

Disappointing - don’t know where the high rating came from
Pros:

- The location was quite close to Brasilito beach, which is convenient.
- The staff was friendly.

Cons:

- The room was dirty (especially the bathroom with the sink and the toilet, as well as the pillow case).
- The toilet seat was missing (administrators fixed it within 2 days after several requests).
- The shower head was missing.
- There was a lot of construction waste right at the hotel entrance.
- There are hidden costs that are not reflected on the Booking website - the stay will cost more if you pay with card or PayPal because they force you to pay 13% commission (none of the other hotels in Costa Rica did that). They have returned our extra payment though after I have made a claim through the Booking website.

Pros:

La cercanía a la playa, amabilidad del personal y la habitación todo muy bien

Cons:

Tal vez el espacio del parqueo, reducido para la cantidad de carros que necesitan ingresar por lo que se vuelve un tanto complicado, otro punto aunque totalmente fuera del control del hospedaje, fue que había unos vecinos bastante escandalosos, una noche terminaron de hacer bulla hasta las 2 a.m.

No tienen servicio de desayuno

Cons:

Considero que podrían realizar mantenimiento de pintura al lugar esto le daría un aspecto diferente, en el caso de los baños la limpieza deben de utilizar algún producto que remueva las manchas negras en el area de duchas, lavatorio e inodoro que suelen deberse a moho, hongos o acumulación de minerales.
