Disappointing - don’t know where the high rating came from
Pros:

- The location was quite close to Brasilito beach, which is convenient.
- The staff was friendly.

Cons:

- The room was dirty (especially the bathroom with the sink and the toilet, as well as the pillow case).
- The toilet seat was missing (administrators fixed it within 2 days after several requests).
- The shower head was missing.
- There was a lot of construction waste right at the hotel entrance.
- There are hidden costs that are not reflected on the Booking website - the stay will cost more if you pay with card or PayPal because they force you to pay 13% commission (none of the other hotels in Costa Rica did that). They have returned our extra payment though after I have made a claim through the Booking website.

La cercanía a la playa, amabilidad del personal y la habitación todo muy bien

Cons:

Tal vez el espacio del parqueo, reducido para la cantidad de carros que necesitan ingresar por lo que se vuelve un tanto complicado, otro punto aunque totalmente fuera del control del hospedaje, fue que había unos vecinos bastante escandalosos, una noche terminaron de hacer bulla hasta las 2 a.m.

No tienen servicio de desayuno

Cons:

Considero que podrían realizar mantenimiento de pintura al lugar esto le daría un aspecto diferente, en el caso de los baños la limpieza deben de utilizar algún producto que remueva las manchas negras en el area de duchas, lavatorio e inodoro que suelen deberse a moho, hongos o acumulación de minerales.

No way would we stay there!!
Pros:

Nothing. The photos and descriptions totally mismatch expectations and Booking.com should really take more care when listing properties such as this. We arrived, looked and had no choice but to cancel or stay in a dirty, dingy, dark accommodation. This cost us one nights fee which in comparison to all other locations was a fee way over the top. Quite frankly Booking.com should refund us for allowing such an event to occur!!

Desde que llegamos se sintió súper bien la vibra. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse, relajarse y disfrutar sin estrés. Todo estaba cómodo, lindo y bien cuidado, y además la persona que nos atendió fue demasiado amable y siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto
