The Casona is a tastefully refurbished and updated town house in the university district of Santiago. Convenient to metro stations, parks and museums. Oriana and Ramon are warm and engaging hosts who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They supplied all the information we needed to get around and enjoy city attractions.

Comfortable, efficient rooms. Clean, unpretentious facilities - exactly as advertised! Great location. Blazing fast wifi. INCREDIBLE hosts - very kind and knowledgeable.

Lovely renovated building in a quiet university district. Very comfortable bed. Nice and clean room. Big modern shower. Good WiFi signal. Kettle with plenty of tea and coffee in common kitchen area. Ramon will also make some stronger Moka coffee! The hosts are a delighful couple. They love to chat with their guests. Great way to learn more about city and country. I had an amazing time in Santiago, thank you!

Ramon and Oriana are top notch hoteliers, really focused on serving their guests! They are gracious, warm and welcoming and go the extra mile in providing you with an excellent stay. The hotel is simple, the service is superb. One of my best stays,

I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this stay in Santiago really exceeded my expectations. The hotel owners, Ramón and Oriana, are really doing everything they can to make their guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, way beyond what they are obliged to do as an hotel accommodation providers. They helped me a lot to orientate myself in Santiago, woke up earlier when I needed to leave very early to make me a breakfast, offered additional helpful services free of charge (washing my clothes) and in general being really kind and attentive. If they continue with this attitude, I have no doubt their hotel business will be very successful. I hope I'll be back in Santiago soon and I already know where I'm staying the next time I visit :-)

Owners were fantastic and kind. Beds were comfortable and hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good. Bottled water provided. Great location 2.5 blocks from metro. Good restaurants around the room. Perfect for a night or single person. There is a washer dryer so you can do a load of laundry. Service was perfect.

This is a new enterprise for Ramon and Oriana, who are very friendly and helpful and strive to please. They were accommodating and interested in our travels. We stayed for one night at the beginning and one at the end of our trip.
The accommodations are quiet, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and exceedingly clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful, and they offered coffee and tea any time we wanted it.

The owners were the most gracious people we have meet so far on our trip around Chile. The setting is quiet and centrally located with a very fine Chilean restaurant within walking distance that served great food. Parking is not guaranteed but seems safe and can be obtained very close to the residence. The linens were of good quality and fresh and clean. We had many hours of great English conversation . Come stay …. you will not regret it!

Everything was amazing. The place was pretty and comfortable. The neighbourhood in Los Héroes is very peaceful and the night was quiet. The staff was very helpful and kind all the time. The price is very good for this type of hostel. I highly recommend.
