The location was perfect, just a two minute walk from train street and not a far walk to other places with tons of food and shopping around. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room had no window but it was comfortable, with hot water, air con, a kettle and fridge.
Our room had no safe even though the information book in our room says all rooms come equipped with a safe, but the security of the building felt good and I just asked the staff not to come into the room to clean unless we asked them, which was honoured. There was some construction in the building next door so it was loud if you wanted to rest at the hotel at any point during the day.
Gutes Hotel um gemütlich ein paar Tage in Hanoi zu verbringen. Nettes Personal, großes gemütliches Zimmer, haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, da ein Zimmer mit Balkon frei war von dem man auch den Zug sehen könnte. Lage etwas abseits, aber dafür eher ruhig und zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Altstadt

Staff super friendly and lovely. Location is amazing, right next to train street, but also walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes. Room was cleaned everyday. Room has a fridge which is always a bonus. Bathroom very nice, good shower. Strong A/C.
Room was smaller than expected but was fine. Bed was quite soft, i personally prefer a hard mattress, so wasn’t as comfortable. Walls quite thin, so would get woken up early in the morning by other guests leaving or by staff cleaning other rooms early. Overall this hotel is good value for money and the location was just amazing.
La ubicacion excelente, lo amable que fueron los de la recepcion por solucion todo. Ademas de ayudarnos con el crucero a la bahia de ha long.
