Mattress was very uncomfortable, very thin and you can feel the metal, ive stayed here 6 times but this stay was particularly bad, the mattress in that room was so bad. I mentioned it to them on the phone today and she said what do you expect me to do.

Bad Review for the Hotel

Cons:

Absolutely awful and frightening experience. I checked into my room normally, left to watch the football, and when I returned later that night another guest had been given access to my room and was staying in it. The hotel admitted they had assigned me the wrong room.
What made this even worse was that I was refused immediate access to collect my belongings, including my inhaler and valuable personal items. I was left stressed, anxious, and genuinely worried about my safety. If I had been in the room when the other guest entered, the situation could have been far worse.
The whole incident was handled terribly and completely ruined my stay. A hotel should make guests feel safe and secure — this hotel failed badly. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
