Good value, clean, budget hotel with very good reception staff, accessible by public transport from Manchester.
Spacious bedroom, TV, kettle and well presented ensuite.
Friends of Eccles are trying to improve and promote the area.
Very difficult to regulate scolding shower temperature, lack of bedside tables.
Other points didn’t upset me but quirky issues such as hotel is located in a former office block and the fabric of the building outwith the hotel room & corridors is dated and one takes the lift to the floor above one’s room and walk down stairs, which would be an issue for some.

I didn’t i’am disabled there was no seating in reception area for anyone to rest I was warned about the steps I had to go down each time I left the room but it didn’t make sense to me we went to the lounge on first floor for a drink my party and I brought drinks sat down and 2 minutes later the guy who served us come over and said there closing in 2 minutes it was 11pm we could take our drinks to our room but there was a group of 7 surely they could of stayed open a little longer as we didn’t get to hotel until 10.40 pm anyway point being he should not of served us and told us they were closing
