Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the room to the location and the staff. You can easily walk to all the major attractions: Galata Tower (5 minutes), Istiklal Street (10 minutes), Taksim Square (15 minutes), the Egyptian Bazaar (20 minutes), and Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and the Blue Mosque (25–30 minutes). Dolmabahçe Palace is also about a 25-minute walk away.

There is also a tram station just 5 minutes away, making it very convenient to reach any of these places if you prefer not to walk.

I would especially like to highlight the hotel staff — everyone was exceptional, very helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.

Highly recommended, 100%.

Perfect location
Pros:

The receptionists are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location, it was the main reason we chose it for our stay. Highly recommended

Περάσαμε υπέροχα
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πάρα πολύ κεντρικό μέρος 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον πύργο του Γαλατά. Το τραμ και η στάση του λεωφορείου ήταν επίσης 5 λεπτά από το ξενοδοχείο, 20 λεπτά περπάτημα για να πας στο Yeni camli.
Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου όλοι ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, το δωμάτιο το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα άψογο σε θέμα καθαριότητας.

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό που θα έλεγα είναι ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο μικρό και τα μαξιλάρια άβολα.

Sehr schlecht, nie wieder!

Nur die Lage, mehr nicht

Cons:

Personal war teilweise nicht anwesend. Wenn man Sie etwas gefragt hat, wussten sie selber nicht bescheid wie oder was am Hotel erledigt wird.

Interior muy bien. Pero atentos
Pros:

Zona silenciosa. La habitación del subsuelo cuánta con ventana sin vistas, que es solo para ventilar, lo cual se aprecia. Es poco pequeña, pero con los necesario. Cama cómoda

Cons:

Al ser subsuelo, había más humedad, por lo que afecta algo la respiración (esto no afecta mí calificación, es solo a modo informativo). Faltaba algo de presión de agua en ducha e inodoro. La ubicación, si bien es cerca del Galata, hay que tener en cuenta que hay muchísima pendiente hasta ese área. Además, la zona donde está el hotel a la noche está bastante abandonada, dando un poco de miedo.
