الاستقبال جدا احترافي والموظفه بشوشه ولبقه في التعااامل تجبرنا نرجع نحجز نفس الفندق مره ثانيه من طيب اخلاقها وحسن تعاملها
وعطونا دخول قبل الوقت ماقصرو صرااحه يعطيهم العافيه انصح فيه قريب جدا للحرم النبوي وغرفتنا كانت مطله على الحرم

Pros:

The staff was very polite. They helped me by keeping the baggage at the reception before my check in and even after the check out as well. Thats really helpful and should be continued.

Der Empfang war herzlich. Wir kamen früh an und haben dennoch ein Zimmer bekommen. Preis-Leistung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage sind sehr gut. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

In Anbetracht des Preis-Leistungverhältnisses gibt es nichts negatives zu nennen.
