اشكر موظفين الاستقبال على تعاونهم وطريقة تعاملهم مع العميل

حجم الغرف صغير جداً وكانت الستاره مخلوعة للأسف المفترض قبل يدخل العميل يتم التأكد مع سلامه جميع المرفقات

اقامه جيده والموظفه حفصه عسيري انجاز في الحجز وسرعه التجاوب وحل الامور بمحمل الجد

قرب الفندق من الحرم النبوي 600 متر تقريبا
سيرا على الاقدام وفندق جيد ومناسب للزوار

Cons:

الموظف الذي في دقنه ندبه يلبس زي سعودي وقت الحجز مساء الساعه 9 مساء تقريبا ولاودي اتكلم اكثر فيه
الناس قادمين يريدون السكينه مايريدون الاستفزاز
اما الموظفه حفصه عسيري جزاها الله خير وكتب اجرها وكثر من امثالها

Staff was nice .
Location is slightly faf for someone who doesn't like to walk alot but good for price .

Cons:

The mattress was horrible to sleep in .
I went to sleep with no pain and woke up with horrible pain in my back and shoulders .
And the pillows were hard and big , not good to sleep on , had to remove them to sleep .
Very small rooms . Booked a room with 3 beds got a 4 bed room with very minimal space to walk and do stuff . Also no room in the cupboard because they keep the fridge in it .
