Emerald Luxe Suites

I really wanted to leave a better review for this place, but there were some things that just didn't settle well. First, the gentleman that manages is incredible; super friendly and helpful! However, when we asked the other female manager to call and make reservations for us, she said she called multiple times and couldn't get through. Ironically, our taxi driver knew the lady who owned the restaurant in which we were trying to make reservations, and she happened to be at our second choice restaurant! She showed us her phone log confirming that nobody called her to make reservations.
Secondly, the room is just okay. Some very basic toiletries would be nice - all you get is opened bar soap. We expected at least shampoo, so we had to buy some. Also, the family room says it accomodates SIX people. I beg to differ. There are two full or queen beds, and a couch shaped like an "L." Two SMALL children could fit on this, but my teenage kids were not comfortable at all as their legs overlapped. It should say that it accomodates four ADULTS and two SMALL kids (5 and under). The shower was so small that my husband (6'1" & 220lbs.) BARELY fit in it. No joke.
The pool was small and old; nothing like the pictures. Go to Arenas beach and get a day pass to their facilities. There is no beach to enjoy by this place.
We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we did get coffee. Mine had a bug in the cup, which they kindly replaced, so be on the lookout. It's the tropics - honest mistake I'm sure.

Pictures on web were not what you got. Showing big bath without proper water. On the beach but cant get to water. Messy walkway with boxes and personal items at yiur doorway. No show no call to ket you know get your iwn rught there after asking you whst you would like to drink snd driver eould be there wsiting for you. Finalky got someone yo tske us yo property

We had an amazing time at this location. Our experience here was genuinely incredible the staff was beyond friendly very helpful we in need. A very welcoming place. We had a taxi driver that was called too us anywhere we were at by the hotel his last name was terry highly recommend. Overall highly recommended and will come again.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten einzukaufen, Restaurant zu besuchen, vor allem den wunderschönen Strand Long bay...das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und bemüht, den Aufenthalt der Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
