a very nice hotel, great location but strange entrance
Pros:

The hotel is right in the city centre in the middle of all shops, cafes and restaurants. A very clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom, beautiful design

Cons:

The hotel itself is a bit hidden - it is not very apparent, how to get inside. I had to ask for guidance. There is no reception on the entrance - everything is on the third floor.

Fantastic staff, super comfortable stay!
Pros:

The staff, starting from Rami, the shift supervisor, Karen at reception, and everyone at the hotel makes you feel welcomed and make sure that you are comfortable. They upgraded my room for free. Breakfast was abundant, and they would always ask if they could make something else if I liked. The hotel is wonderfully located near many restaurants and shops. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the Metropol Club House team!

Pros:

Отличный новый отель. Прекрасное месторасположение. Хорошая сантехника, новое постельное белье, удобные матрасы. Отель находится на 3м этаже многоэтажного дома. Завтраки по меню (6 вариантов сетов), порции настолько обильные, что съесть все очень трудно. Например, русский завтрак включал в себя кашу, блины, яичницу из 3х яиц, сыр, колбасу, нарезку овощей и фруктов, мед, варенье, тосты, масло порционное, оливки. Подача быстрая, сервировка красивая. Кофе и чай - нужно наливать самостоятельно. Кофе из кофемашины. Кстати кофе, это пожалуй единственное разочарование в гостинице. Все остальное выше всяких похвал. Молодцы!

Pros:

Прекрасный отель расположен на третьем этаже большого здания в центре Еревана. Весь персонал улыбчивый, отзывчивый. Мы не ожидали, что отель такой большой. Все чистенько, мебель новая. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, понравилось все. Очень удобно, что выселение до 14:00. Завтрак был очень хороший, благодарим.

Great location. Serviced room in a building
Pros:

Great location. Room very clean hotel. Service is good.

Cons:

It’s not a hotel but rather rooms in a building that is serviced. So you open the door if you room and you see the reception. Which was strange for us as we did not except it but it’s manageable
