Очень удобное расположение отеля, все близко. Чистый номер, кондиционер, холодильник.
В историческом здании. Очень приветливый хозяин. Вид из окна на морской порт, есть балкон общий со столиками посидеть вечером и посмотреть на море.
Рядом винотека, кафе, обменник за углом с хорошим курсом, достопримечательности и пляж рядом.
Все очень понравилось! Приехала бы еще )
Мне некритично было, но отель расположен на 3 этаже, лестницы. Если проблемы с ногами или большие чемоданы, лучше об этом заранее знать.
This hidden gem is located at the waterfront in the historical centre of Batumi with great views from the third floor. It all looks sparklingly clean and is recently built or fully renovated. Residence is a family run hotel and the owner or members of his family are always at the reception and ready to help (or can be reached on WhatsApp). The start of the famous Batumi promenade is just meters away from the entrance. Note, that if you intend to swim, you need to walk a little bit further along the promenade where the public beach starts. The entrance into the building is located just between two restaurants, there are plenty more restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Most likely the owner will contact you before arrival with helpful instructions. If not, just look at the big green arrows at the entrance and in the foyer pointing you in the right direction.

I was in this accommodation for only 3 days but it was days to remember. From the start I had a great welcome from the owner of the complex and his son. Two very good people, who know many languages. For this reason i don't had problem to do conversations despite my skills. The location is a very strategic point of the city, very central, with the sea at 30 meters. From there you can walk, to reach any point you want.
The first day it rained continuously, but the family atmosphere (the famous Georgian welcome) that was created with the managers of the complex made everything very interesting; I was able to discuss various themes, learn about some of their customs and traditions, discover the best places in the city and also taste the excellent self-produced wine.
For those who are looking for a real Georgia experience, and trying to understand the locals, this is a great place to stay.

Great central location, very helpful staff, comfortable room
Slight warning to female travellers that some of the streets nearby behind the hotel are clearly to attract a certain type of male, which might add a layer of discomfort. You can just avoid these streets though, and it’s not remotely an issue during the daytime.
Exceeded expectations, very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

the 72 stairs i had to climb for joining my room, the closet had no hangers, the room was small, there was not mat in the shower.
