Местоположение исключительно удачное. В двух шагах от пляжа. Уютные кафе старого города. Атмосфера курортного города. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Wi-Fi на высоте. Особая благодарность Кахе Конделаки! Следующий приезд только в этом семейном отеле. Рекомендую!!!!!

Excellent stay
Pros:

Spacious, clean, excellent location, toiletries and towels provided. The host is really friendly, knowledgeable and has good sense of humour. It was great speaking with him and learning more about the country. It is directly opposite a rental bike stand and 2 mins walk from the central mosque.

Cons:

Toilet roll holder was loose and shower curtain was missing. Washing machine is available, but no dryer so it would be helpful if there were a few drying lines set up to dry our clothes.

Pros:

The owners were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. They helped us find a free parking spot for our stay. The place is easy to find and check-in was simple. The rooms are located in a small building near downtown with a superb view of the harbor. The rooms are spacious and fairly well-equipped. The Wi-Fi works well. It’s still nice to find reasonably priced and pleasant accommodations in Batumi!

Cons:

A few minor areas for improvement: the beds are slightly uncomfortable, with mattresses that are a bit too soft (I think it's a personal opinion). Although the curtains may seem thick, they let in a lot of sunlight in the morning. The fridge is a bit noisy, if you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing a sleep mask and earplugs, it worked well for me!
There were a few minor cleanliness issues, including hair on the towels and bath mats as well as in the bathroom, and dust on the floor and kitchen utensils. The toilet wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Perhaps cleaning should be stepped up slightly between guests!

Очень понравилось, комфортно и уютно
Pros:

Мне все понравилось, отель очень чистый, все есть для комфортного проживания. Хозяин отеля и весь персонал очень добрый и отзывчивый, всегда подскажут, помогут и расскажут. Вид на порт и море, что очень красиво, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, что не может не радовать. Всем советую

Tesis sahibinin oğlu gerçekten güler yüzlü müşteriyi önemseyen şekilde davranıyor . Konum olarak gerçekten iyi hem merkezi hem denize sıfır .

Cons:

Tesis sahibi iticiydi, müşteri gitse de rahatlasak gibi halleri vardı ve tesisin fiziki şartları çok iyi değildi

Суперлокация и приветливый хозяин
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение отеля, все близко. Чистый номер, кондиционер, холодильник.
В историческом здании. Очень приветливый хозяин. Вид из окна на морской порт, есть балкон общий со столиками посидеть вечером и посмотреть на море.
Рядом винотека, кафе, обменник за углом с хорошим курсом, достопримечательности и пляж рядом.
Все очень понравилось! Приехала бы еще )

Cons:

Мне некритично было, но отель расположен на 3 этаже, лестницы. Если проблемы с ногами или большие чемоданы, лучше об этом заранее знать.

Pros:

This hidden gem is located at the waterfront in the historical centre of Batumi with great views from the third floor. It all looks sparklingly clean and is recently built or fully renovated. Residence is a family run hotel and the owner or members of his family are always at the reception and ready to help (or can be reached on WhatsApp). The start of the famous Batumi promenade is just meters away from the entrance. Note, that if you intend to swim, you need to walk a little bit further along the promenade where the public beach starts. The entrance into the building is located just between two restaurants, there are plenty more restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Most likely the owner will contact you before arrival with helpful instructions. If not, just look at the big green arrows at the entrance and in the foyer pointing you in the right direction.
