Staff was good and very helpful they kept my luggage when I was out wor work even when I came back they allowed me to sit at lobby till my train and they Even served evening snacks to me it was good

Terrible hotel in all senses.
The rooms did not look like the descriptions at all, it said room included shower, bath, hairdryer, where were they? It was just a plastic bucket, the shower head was extremely rusty (impossible to use), no hairdryer, towels were damp and looked like they had not been changed in ages!!
Room was dirty, found several cockroaches and used cigarette buds in the drain. Pillows had stains, duvets had smoking burn holes…
Floors were dusty and not cleaned at all.
Additionally, the rooms reeked of tobacco coming in from other rooms.. walls are also extremely thin (the description said the walls are thick and sound proof).
What’s more, one of my items magically disappeared after cleaning service!!!!
There was also construction going on although it said newly renovated, zero signs of that.
For the price paid, the hotel does not meet the quality at all.
Would not recommend it to anyone.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist.
Even after checkout, they kindly allowed me to keep my luggage at the hotel for a few hours and also let me use one of their rooms before leaving, which was very thoughtful and helpful.
The location is convenient and made it easy for us to travel to nearby places. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the city.

It is not a good hotel for ppl who expect clean,neat,Comfortable stay..Even English news paper they could not provide even on payment basis..Towels I didn't touch even,brown in colour, ages old geyser, TV doesn't work..foul smell in lift..I felt like I was cheated..
Only A.C. worked..Tea,coffee from kitchen is o.k.
