Maldive autentiche
Pros:

La struttura è molto caratteristica, vicino ad un mare stupendo e in mezzo alla natura. Le camere sono spartane, ma comunque le cose essenziali ci sono tutte. Si mangia bene e il personale è gentile e accogliente. Siamo rimasti bloccati per il volo cancellato e ci hanno supportato in tutto. Graxie a Sajid e a tutto lo staff, è stata una bellissima vacanza!

Cons:

C"e" una bellissima spiaggia adiacente, ma poco fruibile in quanto non ci sono ombrelloni o comunque qualcosa per fare ombra. La colazione dovrebbe essere più varia.

Indimenticabile!
Pros:

Staff accogliente, discreto e molto disponibile, un’ atmosfera di vero relax, ci si ambienta subito e ci si sente a casa. La spiaggia privata é splendida, una vera oasi di bellezza e tranquillità. Anche la bikini beach dell’isola è altrettanto bella. Rakeedhoo è molto piccola, pochi abitanti, si respira l’autenticità dello spirito maldiviano. La struttura organizza anche le escursioni, bellissime. Una menzione speciale alla cucina veramente molto buona.

Cons:

La cura di alcuni dettagli renderebbe la struttura eccellente (per esempio letti della camera piú nuovi e comodi o alcuni arredi del giardino e spiaggia che andrebbero rinnovati)

A good location, needs some work but overall I can recommend it
Pros:

Rare find, most Maldive island accommodations do not have a waterfront position or private "bikini" beach which this one has.
Great position, beautiful views, nice beach, good swimming. (mostly at high tide) very small quiet island. Only 2 places to stay on the island.
Overall this is a good location on a tiny quiet island with beautiful surrounding waters.
The staff are courteous and attentive. English is spoken.
Lunch and dinner menus were fairly good.
The price for excursions was very reasonable and the snorkeling trips were very good; coral "mounds" are not even 10 minutes away. I was told the dolphin excursion was exceptional.
Lunch and dinner are a la cart and reasonably priced, fairly good choices.
This is a very small hotel with 12 rooms, a friendly atmosphere.
The lunch and dinner menu is al la carte, not as I was told, a set menu. Prices are generally reasonable.
A beautiful parrot lives here and there is a congenial atmosphere among the guests -from many countries.
My arrival and departure were well handled and easy.
I felt looked after, even if I did experience difficulty getting on the snorkeling excursions and it was a bone of contention with the acting manager (who is there currently to oversee the hotel "facelift") February 2026.

Cons:

The hotel needs a lot of upkeep, rooms are "tired" looking and drains smell.
The current management said that remodeling is eminent, this is good to hear.
the outdoor areas while well swept and clean (by local ladies ) very early each morning but a lot of the beach furniture needs to be upgraded, it is a bit hodgepodge - the sunbeds could have been kept cleaner.
The one kayak (which was nice to use) is in disrepair and the paddles, while adequate really could be better and a double paddle is needed. The paddle was "homemade".
My biggest complaint is that I was told that there was a "house reef" and this just is not true unless you consider that at 400m this is a house reef, and it is the -outer reef. I came for the snorkeling. The day I arrived, it didn't appear to be that rough but I was advised not to swim out to the reef.
Using the kayak you can get to the "blue hole" but make sure you can site the white buoy to find it before you take off. After you paddle out once, then it is easy to find, but if the wind is against you, you better be good at paddling, it is about 700m away.
Breakfast needs improvement; the portion was good enough and there was fruit each day, but it is not what you would call a good breakfast and in my 3 days there, it really lacked variety and the pancakes were ... tough. Wieners and a scrambled egg "omelet".. was tiresome. A buffet would be a great improvement.
The "garden room" costs less but has no view, you have to keep the curtain shut, people are always walking by.
RM. 107 upstairs is probably the best.
INSIST on booking excursions ahead of time (I was told to do it when I arrived) as they can be booked up, there is only one small boat available for excursions. There had been some foul weather, so when I got there, all the trips were booked for 2 days... Upon much insistence, I did get on the trip.

Really a great guesthouse, with very kind staff and on a beautiful island
Pros:

The dishes of the restaurant were very good and the reef around the island was gorgeous. All the staff was really kind and helpful, making Tranquil Nest one of the best places we stayed at.

Pros:

struttura direttamente sulla spiaggia privata, camera a piano terra vista mare. Pontile dove guardare gli squali la sera. Cibo buono. Canoa a disposizione degli ospiti.

Cons:

camera limitrofa alla cucina, acqua doccia calda ad intermittenza. Menù alla carta con prezzi in dollari, sicuramente sopra la media tenendo conto che si tratta di una guesthouse, oltretutto sull'isola non ci sono ristorantini o baretti dove poter mangiare.

Pros:

Cudowne miejsce do odpoczynku. Tu czas płynie inaczej. Mnóstwo miejsca do snurkowania. Dostępne maski i płetwy, prysznic na zewnątrz, dużo fajnych łóżek plażowych, pyszne jedzenie, mogliśmy nawet wybrać rybę zaraz po połowie i ją dla nas przyrządzono na grillu. Obsługa sympatyczna, wszyscy bardzo pomocni, właściciel organizuje dla gości "wycieczki" i aktywności. Niesamowity taras na dachu. Zjawiskowy widok z okna. Generalnie czuliśmy się jak z wizytą u rodziny.

Cons:

Jedyny drobny minus - dla nas za twarde łóżka.

Our stay at Tranquil Nest Vaavu was simply wonderful. The property is welcoming, well cared for in every detail, and immersed in an atmosphere of absolute peace—perfect for those looking to relax away from mass tourism.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with everything you need to feel at home. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling: they made us feel welcome from the very first moment, assisting us with excursions, transfers, and local tips.

The food is delicious, with fresh and flavorful dishes, both local and international. The location is ideal for snorkeling and sea excursions: crystal-clear waters, stunning coral reefs, and breathtaking natural scenery.

Pros:

Beautiful green territory with sand, modern and cool designed rooms, friendly staff. You can take mask and flippers for snorkeling for free. There are a lot of good snorkeling spots near the hotel. Also the spots, where you can see nurse sharks and stingrays in the evening.

Cons:

Strongly noise (from generator? I don't know) in the room, you can't sleep well with this noise and vibration, because when you put your ear on the pillow it makes stronger.
Maybe if you have sea view it's better, but in the garden side I heard that noise in several rooms.

O hotel é lindo, exatamente como nas fotos e o staff é 10/10 super simpáticos, excedem as expectativas sem dúvida
O manager do hotel é super simpático e prestável, é ele que dá todas as informações aos hóspedes.
As atividades são marcadas diretamente com eles.
A atenção pelo bem estar dos hóspedes é maravilhosa.
Esta é sem dúvida a melhor opção se quiser escapar ás ilhas que estão a abarrotar de pessoas. Rakeedhoo oferece tudo o que possa imaginar.

A única coisa que tenho a dizer é que os colchões são um pouco duros mas de resto foi tudo maravilhoso.

Pros:

Per me Rakeedhoo e il Tranquil Nest sono stati una scoperta meravigliosa.
Avevo il timore di una Maldive inflazionata ma soggiornare su quest’isola e in particolare in questo posto si è rivelata una scelta tutt’altro che convenzionale.

Rakeedhoo è un’atollo di 60 persone e il tranquil si trova dalla parte opposta dell’attracco della speed boat (a piedi sono 3 minuti, è un’isola minuscola).
Qui abbiamo trovato una pace e una serenità incredibili.
Le camere sono semplici ma molto carine, la zona relax/colazione/pranzo/cena/giochi/chiacchiere è una veranda aperta dove non è necessario neanche avere le ciabatte, sei direttamente sulla sabbia.
Il posto è immerso nel verde, dove qua e là trovi sdraio, divanetti, sedie, un altalena con cuscini e pouf che guardano direttamente il mare.
Acho, che ci ha accolti, ti fa trovare il necessario per fare snorkling in autonomia e una canoa per esplorare i dintorni dell’isola in autonomia.
Con la struttura puoi fare escursioni di qualsiasi tipo, noi abbiamo provato la giornata intera con pick nick a Bodumohora - è stata INCREDIBILE.

Al di là di tutte le cose che si possono fare, questo posto è il relax e la pace assoluta, dove anche con gli ospiti che ci sono capitati siamo entrati in perfetta sintonia. Tutti rispettosi degli spazi, del silenzio, della quiete e di qualche chiacchiera e musica se si desiderava. Se cerchi un intrattenimento da resort questo non è il posto giusto.

Menzione speciale per lo staff, Acho, Gidda (spero si scriva così) la cameriera più dolce e disponibile mai vista, l’altro aiutante che ci ha portato le valige, il cuoco che faceva da mangiare davvero bene…
Complimenti a tutti! Vorrei già ritornarci!

Cons:

Non c’è nulla che non sia stato perfetto ma sicuramente varierei un po’ la colazione e qualche piatto del menu.

Noi siamo stati 5 giorni ma immagino che se inizi a farne 10/15 il cibo potrebbe diventare un po’ ripetitivo.
