Приятное место
Pros:

Проживание в отеле нам показалось комфортным. Отель небольшой, и в этом его преимущество - обстановка домашняя и гостеприимная. Фронт-офис отеля имеет несколько сотрудников, и все они готовы прийти на помощь, посоветовать и поделиться информацией с гостями. Завтраки имеют выбор блюд - каши, яичница, местная выпечка, йогурты, овощи и фрукты. Локация отеля удачная - тихое место, отдыхать без шума очень приятно, до центра города 15 минут на такси, которое в Бишкеке имеет очень демократичную стоимость. Благодарим отель за теплый прием и желаем процветания.

・静かな場所にホテルがあること
・エレベーターがあること
・洗濯サービスがあること

Cons:

・熱いお湯が出なかったので、フロントに電話をしたらすぐに対応してもらえなかったこと。数分後にもう一度かけて、やっと動いてもらえました。
・枕カバーのど真ん中に穴が空いていたこと。
・洗濯サービスが少し高いこと。コインランドリーで自分で洗濯できたらよかった。
・雨が降っていたので傘を借りようとしたら、まったく対応してくれなかったこと。
・これらサービスが、その時の従業員によってかなり違うこと。基本的には良く対応してくれる人が多かったです。
