Cons:

La camera era fredda. Inconveniente all' arrivo perché la macchina del check in automatico nn dava le tessere alle 11.30 di sera ed il numero di telefono da chiamare era irraggiungibile. Per fortuna ho trovato un numero su booking che ha risposto ed ha risolto la situazione.

wenn nochmal Rastatt- dann Hotel Astra!!!
Pros:

Personal haben wir keins gesehen, trotzdem war die Betreuung(telefonisch) sehr gut!! Check-in war etwas Neues (Automaten Check-in) aber hat prima geklappt!

Cons:

für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles o.k.

Perfect!
Pros:

Perfect voor doorreis. Super vlot inchecken zonder medewerker. Last minute nog gevraagd om een kinderbedje en de medewerker kwam deze speciaal nog brengen.
Hele fijne communicatie.
De familiekamer was perfect, ruim en 2 aparte kamers met lekkere bedden. Iets gedateerd maar heel erg netjes.
