Amazing !!
Pros:

For a guy with a family and kids Everything was more than great tbh. From the location to the staff are 5 stars service and very supportive. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

قريب من محطة المترو والموظفين محترمين جداً
اذا كنت لا ترغب بدخول احد للغرفة ضع الورقة خارج الباب ولن يدخل احد يلتزمون بذلك

يوجد مستشفى قريب وترام يشكل ازعاج عند مروره امام الفندق ماتقدر تنام يشكل مريح ان سكنت لا تسكن من جهة الميدان

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.
We booked a Superior Twin Room and clearly informed the hotel in advance that we were traveling as friends and required two separate beds. Despite this, we were initially given a room with one small bed and an extra rollaway bed, which was not what we had booked.
After several discussions with reception, we were moved to another room on the top floor that appeared to be designed for guests with accessibility needs. The room was not comfortable, and the bathroom had a major issue where the entire floor flooded every time, we took a shower.
We repeatedly requested a suitable room and, after multiple follow-ups, were finally moved to an appropriate room—but only on the last night of our stay, which was far too late to resolve the inconvenience we experienced throughout the trip.
The reception staff member on duty during our arrival was particularly disappointing. He was rude, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue, making an already frustrating situation even worse.
In addition, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations.
The hotel may have potential, but the poor handling of our booking request, the unsuitable room allocations, the delayed resolution, the lack of customer service, and the cleanliness concerns resulted in a very unsatisfactory experience.
