Very kind hosts, clean, can rent a scooter. Not in the city center and therefore very calm and not noisy. Perfect stay
All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
We got sick from the drinking water. The water container in the room was dirty inside, which we could not see until it was almost empty. Other people in the hotel also got sick. We missed almost 2 full days of vacation because of this lack of hygiene. I would suggest buying your own drinking water if you stay here.

Les prix des tours en bateaux ne sont pas les meme qu inscrit sur le papier et ils ne nous parlent pas du prix qu on doit pour le tuktuk de la hotel.

When we book, we did not know there was a door connecting our room to another. We discovered it on our arrival… so we could hear coughing noise thru the door. Also, there was always construction right behind our room for another hotel. It would of been nice if the owners would of told us before our arrival…

The hotel is located a few minutes from downtown, but the way there is beautiful and it's one of the few places in which you can get a good sleep. The bed and room where perfect, and the owners are extremely helpful!
The staff. Unfortunately, we were quite unwell during our stay but the staff made sure to make our time there as comfortable as possible and thoroughly cleaned our room a few times so we always had a fresh space.
There was a bit of construction happening but I think we only noticed it because we barely left the room because we were so unwell!
