Pros:

Отлична локация на хотела и модерен дизайн

Cons:

Запушена канализация заради което банята се превърна в плитък басейн и остана така до края на престоя.
Хотелът НЕ предлага никаква закуска въпреки описанието, че предлага “много добра закуска”. На въпрос “защо няма закуска” получихме безсмислени оправдания като “готвачката е отпуска” и “ама вие защо не сте я заявили предварително?” като дори след като я “заявихме” не получихме такава.

- The AC works well
- Pleasant room design, but less nice than in the pictures
- Central location

Cons:

- I booked three superior rooms, as reviews suggested those are the ones facing the quieter park in the rear. At the time of booking, I also explicitly asked the staff for quiet rooms (and they confirmed). On arrival, two of the rooms provided faced the busy street. Asked to have them changed, was told no other rooms were available. There was a significant amount of noise late into the night which made it hard to sleep, especially since the windows were of poor quality
- The beds only had a sheet to sleep with. After some prodding, I was provided with comforters
- One of the rooms had no desk, though the other two did have it
- The property offers no breakfast. Not sure why booking.com states there is a "wonderful" breakfast option
- Neither of the rooms included a sofa
- There were no Bathrobes or slippers
- The bathroom flooded when showering
- There is no elevator, and no help with luggage was offered
