The place is great place to stay, comfortable and the value is just right.
Pros:

The breakfast good but the staff was not able to understand my request when I would say that I just wanted eggs and a pancake, the staff also stated that I could not change the way it was listed on the menu. It made no sense, if I don't care about the price and the establishment has the ingredients why not make what the customer is requesting. On the third day I was able to convince the cook to make what I was asking.

Cons:

The staff was always asking me when I was going to pay my bill. So it seems that the staff was afraid that I was going to run off without paying my bill. Most places will ask when your meal is done or before you sit down to eat, not while you are ordering or if you order additional items they ask when will you pay the bill. That became very nuance and distracting, so I starting paying everything upfront.

There is a pool , and location not bad I guess

Cons:

The smell of the room, I book 2 nights and I just stay one , the staff they don’t even care why I check out one day before .. no table in the terrace , no hangers , no space for clothes.. breakfast super poor.. not even put two eggs and the food was cold.. and in top of that there is a weeding or event in front of my room so … so I can rest.. I believe this is good if u rent the all place and make your own event but if just book one room like me … not good idea .. btw I don’t drink coffe or chocolate and I ask for a tea and the want to extra charge me for tea…

Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Merkmale.
Pros:

Kurzfristige Buchung war möglich, das Personal war freundlich und hat mir bei meinem Gepäck geholfen und auch Platz für mein Auto zum Parken gemacht

Cons:

Nicht so schön fand ich es, dass das Badezimmer an eine Waschküche anschließt und ich früh morgens mit entsprechenden Lärm geweckt wurde. Auch nicht so schön finde ich es, dass die Fenster nicht mit Moskitoschutz ausgestattet sind. Gerade dann wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht nutzen möchte wäre ein entsprechender Moskitoschutz sehr hilfreich. Für einen auf gebrühten Kaffee, der zu einem Continental Frühstück einfach gehört, eine Extragebühr zu berechnen ist auch auf den Philippinen inzwischen nicht mehr üblich.

A nice gem in San Miguel Zambales!
Pros:

The resort was a very nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was the highlight as they had three top chefs during our stay. We ate at the resort daily for lunch and dinner and their food was fantastic. Since we stayed for a week, they offered to clean our rooms and change our sheets and towels everyday. That was nice.

The penthouse has a roofdeck that offers the best view of the sunrise and sunset. The swimming pools were also clean. We tried the pool bar with a jacuzzi and that was nice. We also used the billiards, and the table and sticks were still in good shape but that area needs cleaning and fixing as there are broken chairs and tables.

They organized an island hopping for us and that worked well. They could have given more information about arranging the transportation to the boats but they were always willing to help and arrange things for you.

We will definitely go back!

Cons:

The penthouse toilet didn't have a towel holder and soap dish. The sink outside the penthouse needs an update as there were corners that were damaged and were dangerous. The outdoor sofa at the penthouse needs cleaning.

Overall, the stay at the resort is superb. Great staff for sure especially the restaurant staff.
Pros:

The resort is nice, rooms are great. Couple issues here and there, however the staff are on it as soon as it was address, accommodating. Staff are hardworker and their service is superb-can't complain.

Cons:

The beach is not to my liking.

Peaceful and confortable place
Pros:

The resort is far from big cities, so it is very peaceful. and it is right in front of the beach, where people swimming ans surf. We also love the cinema night they did during christmas, it was nice to watch the movie with all the people of the resort

I missed San Antonio, Zambales as this was my home for 2 years. I enjoyed every bit of it.

Despite bad weather, a really relaxing break in a great location
Pros:

Excellent hotel restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Comfortable room. Green and peaceful location close to the beach. Very kind and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool

Cons:

Nothing negative about the hotel itself. Only downside was the weather - torrential rain most of the time - obviously not the hotel's fault (!), doesn't affect their rating. Always great to swim and walk on the beach - but the beach really needed a clean-up (lots of debris and plastic waste).
