Treated like a valued guest and tucked all the boxes
Pros:

Excellent included breakfast. Staff offered more whenever we finished something. Masala omelette, fruit, toast with jam & butter etc.

Host will help with anything needed. They called a Tuk Tuk to town (100), arranged a car & driver for a fair price so we didn't need to hassle/negotiate. Saw another guest get on a staff member's motorcycle.

AIr Con worked well. Fan, hot water, clean, decent bed

It's Quiet!! The view from the hotel is a panorama of all the monuments. And we very much enjoyed the walk into town...lots of photograph opportunities. 2 days and we only took a Tuk Tuk once.

Cons:

Reservation is with credit card but payment at property is cash only. Which is fine but was a surprise.

Second day, coffee tea water was not replaced. But we were given full carafes at breakfast so it wasn't a huge issue.

Shops are not close - which is good and bad. You just need to be prepared and bring enough water from town at the end of the day.

Some staff were proficient in English. Other times the staff called someone to translate. But they were very eager to ensure all was well. So it worked.

Pros:

I booked an overnight stay en route to Gwalior from Khajuraho via booking.com . I booked the rooms after reading positive reviews. It's a 8 room small hotel. It provides all services and amenities that one looks for a stay. The property has private car parking, adequately away from hustle of city, rooms are spacious, neat and clean with similar washrooms. The manager, Mr. Sanjay, has a very pleasant personality. He has used his tour guide experience pretty well to serve customers.The staff too gives all to ensure guests have pleasant stay. The breakfast served had limited option (Aloo Paratha or Poori sabji) with tea, pickle and curd. It's was good and taste was liked by my family. My kids were all praises for the hotel after disastrous stay at Khajuraho.

The kalpvriksh is metres away and cenopaths, boating arround one km, Ram Raja mandir, Orccha fort around 2.2 km.

In summary, value for money for me and I will certainly recommend the property to others.

Newly built up property , clean rooms , location away from hustle nd bustle , it was damn peaceful for one to relax. Tasty breakfast.

Perfect place to stay. Cleanliness is outstanding.staff is very polite n helpful. Breakfast was also very tasty. We enjoyed there.My in laws also felt comfortable there only. Even my kid got enough open space to play. 👍
