Very good
Pros:

Hotel had a very new look, clean linen, comfortable bed. Front desk staff were very friendly and readily helpful.

Cons:

Outside the hotel certainly appears shabby. Guess with development of the area image should change.

Pros:

Rooms are new.. kettle was there, body lotion and hand wash was there, staff is good.

Cons:

Though room was new, there was dust on the floor because of the construction going on.
Door lock was not working... everytime we have to call room boy to open the door..
No restaurant...
Even we were not able to get morning tea...
They kept kettle, but no glasses..
The location in booking.com is not correct...it was leading to some wine shop 6 km away from actual location
