Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views and an Excellent Location
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Karaköy Istanbul and would happily stay here again.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the incredible view across the river to the Old City. Watching the sunset from our room was unforgettable, with the changing colours creating a truly spectacular backdrop.

The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond by assisting us with organising transfers and storing our luggage, making our stay completely stress-free.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafés, shops, and many of Istanbul's major attractions. It was an ideal base for exploring the city.

The only minor downside was that the lift begins on the first floor of the part where our room was, so there are some stairs to reach it. However, this wasn't an issue for us at all, as the staff kindly carried our luggage, and the many positives of the hotel and view far outweighed this small inconvenience.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Karaköy Istanbul to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located hotel with outstanding service and breathtaking views.

This is the first place we stayed where the staff made a massive difference in out stay
Pros:

Excellent situation to all mayor tourist attractions. The front desk staff were really helpful and super supportive…. It made a massive difference.

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing bad. First impressions gave us the sensation that the hotel was in the middle of a chaotic busy street, but then we realized we are perfectly situated to walk everywhere.

Best view in Istanbul
Pros:

Wow what a view ! absolutely priceless, you would pay thousands for it.
There is nothing around hotel unless you love hardware :), it makes it very quiet at night. (apart from traffic noise which is everywhere)
The location is best in town,2 minutes to transport as well as the ferry or you can stroll to the water's edge for sunset.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and clean.
Best tip if there is two of you ask for a second blanket... It's a turkish thing.

Cons:

Breakfast would have been nice although they did offer crusts and tea and coffee.

I had a great time at 10 Karaköy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely top-notch. The location is good—it is very walkable, and I was easily able to get everywhere on foot.My only minor issue was some outside noise in my room. However, when I mentioned it, the staff was very understanding and kindly told me that next time I should just let them know so they could change my room to a quieter one. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
