We reached the hotel but they didn't have a room It took an hour to reach there and they said sorry room is not free if it is like this then why are you guys taking bookings It's a really bad experience from you guys.

There was no breakfast . There is nothing to like about the place . Absolutely horrible
The staff service was very poor . They didn’t have keys or ac functionality. The rooms were dirty and washroom was stinking. It was very cold on asking for warm water their kitchen was also not functional . Very non helpful attitude of staff. 0 relevance to the money they take.
TV was not working, did not bothered to make it work despite several reminders
Unhygienic curtain, bathroom wasn't clean but they cleaned after my request, pillow covers were in bad shape but they changed after request, wallpapers torned off, lights were always on without any switch board.
