Highly recommended for those people who are looking for exceptional stay

A pleasant, family-friendly stay with great service, a nice atmosphere.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for families.

A special thank you to Ibtisam Alzahrani at the reception — she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better from the moment we arrived.

The hotel is very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches like small tables near the reception where children can sit and paint — such a great idea! The location is excellent, and there are nice activities and events to enjoy. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop swimming pool was clean with a really nice atmosphere.

Cons:

The only area for improvement, in my opinion, is the rooftop lounge. It would benefit from a cozier ambiance — dimmer lighting instead of bright lights, and an upgrade to the shisha experience.
Overall, a very pleasant stay!
