The staff were so helpful and polite, and especially the younger ones spoke excellent English
Traffic noise, but not the hotel's fault, and that's what comes with central location
The staff are absolutely incredible. The older man who handles the doors and helps with suitcases is 100% the friendly uncle we all need in our lives. Extremely friendly and accommodating!
Beautiful artwork in every floor and public spaces too.
Proximity to convenience stores (CU and GS25) plus Shangrila is an added bonus. Several restaurants and cafes in the area as well.
The lack of a bidet in the bathroom! Hopefully this becomes a feature in the future.
Breakfast needs some variety, we stayed for several nights and the breakfast was basically the same.
A well located comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff near the centre of Ulaanbaatar that had everything we needed. The staff even watched our bags for us while we went on a three day excursion. As others have mentioned there is no elevator but only 3 floors and the staff were always more than happy to help with moving bags.
The breakfast maybe left a little bit to be desired but if you just want a coffee and a snack before heading out it does a job.
Arriving very early morning, I got to have breakfast and check in by 8am into an upgrade room. Super spacious, spotless clean, good shower and comfortable bed. Great location to walk and explore the city.

Stayed here with my husband for 2 x 1 night stays while visiting UB. Hotel is located a bit away from main attractions, but everything was within walking distance and there were nice dining options nearby. Price was reasonable. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a nice breakfast spread each morning. The staff was very helpful in making sure we had what we needed. Would recommend while on a stay in UB!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with a high level of English. The rooms were very comfortable with tea and coffee making supplies. The hotel itself was quiet (no noise from neighbours) and the artwork very nice to look at.
The breakfast lacked variety, but then again, we did spend a total of 7 nights there. The location was good, but with that comes a lot of traffic noise.

Hotel building does not have finished stories, one can look from ground floor to upper floor and vice versa.
This made it relatively noisy, as hotel guests were chatting in the stairwell.
Hele fijne service! Verder sfeervol ingericht.
