Overall very nice city - Bar was excellent.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful - I accidentally booked a room twice. They were very friendly and helpful with solving the problem.

Cons:

During my departure the lobby seemed to be a bit busy. If you have a departure, make sure to plan luggage pick-up early.

Exceptional
Pros:

We loved our stay. A real 5 stars hotel with a great Spa and incredible breakfast. The staff was always with a smile anticipating our needs. Will come back for sure.

Super séjour dans le confort absolu
Pros:

Personnel impeccable, aux petits soins… Confort absolu des chambres.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner nous a déçu, le buffet était parfait mais nous avions commandé des œufs pochés sur rias au saumon, que nous avons attendu 30 minutes et les œufs étaient cuit dur et non poché, ce qui n’est pas du tout compatible avec la renommée de l’hôtel et le côté sois-disant gastronomique de l’endroit.
