Pros:

Das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht gut.
Wir haben einmal a la carte bestellt und dann gar nicht mehr, sehr schade. Der Service beim Frühstück war schlecht, denn das Omelett entsprach nicht unserer Bestellung. Darauf reagierte die einzige deutsch sprachige Bedienung mit Beleidigtsein. Sie war danach nicht mehr für uns ansprechbar. Der asiatische Concierge war umso netter.

Cons:

Kein wirkliches Müsli und keine Teesorte für mich!
Kein Abendservice am 3. Abend, obwohl wir weitergegeben hatten, dass wir in einer halben Stunde das Zimmer verlassen würden.

I throughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return and highly recommend it to everyone.
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and the quality was outstanding with great variety. The service was attentive. Location was centrally located yet peaceful. Perfect, well situated, convenient and ideal for exploring Brussels.

Pros:

The gym and the pool/spa was 10/10. The speakeasy bar was beautiful and the food at the restaurant was very good. My stay there truly felt like a vacation.
