وصلت ب فجرا ورفض الإستقبال اداخلي ومع معب اطفال في الغرفه بحجه وقت الدخول الساعه ٤ عصرا وانا واصل الساعه ٣ فجرا علما انه الفندق به غرف فارغه ذهبت واستاجرت فندق اخر الي وقت الدخول

The hotel was booked and I reached the hotel at a hot temperature and they told me the room was not available and I stayed with my family in the masjid and he provided me 1 km away from this hotel.

So I need to claim the amount from booking.com and this is very bad experience. So next time I have to very careful and I prefer to use the other software to book the hospital.
