Pros:

The location was nice 5 min from gate 310..the staff was really helpful and nice. Plenty of room for 4 people. How keeping was amazing

Cons:

I didn't like the local staff who was working there in the reception.. Not even one speak English after long journey I had to wait 15 min before some help me.

الفندق رائع جدا ونظيف والمكان قريب جدا من الحرم وكافة الخدمات وطاقم الاستقبال والضيافة خاصة الشاب الأمين كانو لطفين ومتعاونين جدا

Je vous déconseille de ne pas aller vous allez le regretter la salle de bain sent mauvais les lit bouge la clim on peut pas la baisser ni la monter trace sur les murs des brûlure aussi quelque personel hautain aucune organisation tu demande des serviette on dirait de l'or je suis rester une semaine avec les même serviette j'ai dit que je voulais quitter l'hôtel il voulait pas me rembourser je vous aurait prévenu

The room was dirty, and the beds had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. In addition, I was not allowed to use the parking, as the security staff informed me that the parking height was too low to accommodate my Toyota Fortuner.
