Pros:

Graag willen we al amin en zijn collega enorm bedanken voor de gastvrijheid. Hij was altijd bereid om ons te helpen. De kamers werden altijd proper gemaakt door hun. Nogmaals dankje wel!

Clean Rooms, Great Location, Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and the room service was exceptional, thank you Al Amin, he got us whatever we needed, very helpful and friendly guy, so was the bell boy Tufazzal, Thank you

The location was very good, close to gate 309 Masjid Nabwi from where you can easily go to the rawda Mubarak to say salm. Also across the road is the start of the Quba pathway where you can find very reasonably priced shops, whole sale dates and Desi restaurants.

Cons:

They issue only one card per room, they said the system only allows one. They need to change this so there are multiple cards. My wife came back early from haram and was locked out. She asked for another card at reception and wasn't given one and had to wait for me to come back and open the door for her.

There is a place to eat your food you bring from outside on floor M, they need to improve the cleanliness and standard of tables and chairs on this floor

Its great amazing location just 5 minutes walk from haram shreef.
Staff is great especially Al ameen the guy he helpful and look after us

مكانه قريب من الحرم وتعامل الموظفين جميل وسعره جيد

لايوجد مواقف للسيارات الكبيرة!
الغرفه صغيره جداً والجو في الغرفه حار جداً
الدش في المرافق لايعمل جيداً ولايصلح للاستحمام
