Pequeno almoço muito fraco para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas, as instalações estão claramente a necessitar de intervenção.
O quarto tinha um cheiro horrível.
A piscina tem alguns dos azulejos mal aplicados, com uma espécie de cola branca, que não está a cumprir a função, podendo facilmente ferir os pés.

Condutas de ar com filtros entupidos de tanta sujidade (a minha colega de quarto teve de tomar o seu tratamento para as alergias porque mal entrou em contacto com o quarto, fez uma crise de rinite alérgica), vidros das janelas muito manchados e estrutura das janelas bastante danificadas, dificeis de fechar, com isolamento ineficaz. Embora no geral a limpeza seja razoável, os equipamentos e as estruturas estão significativamente desgastados, bem como os elevadores. Os elevadores apresentam um aspecto desgastado e por momentos barullhentos quando em funcionamento.

Larger cups of coffee, we had to go to the machine twice. Coffee was good though 👌

Achava que a zona em questão teria mais atualizado e esta muito antigo precisa urgentemente de obras

Struttura datata con arredamento vecchio, biancheria da ospedale, frigo maleodorante come anche anche il corridoio all’uscita dell’ascensore. Avrebbe bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione tenendo conto che esce come un 4 stelle.

The appartment had a bad, bad infestation of ants. I found out after finding them crawling into a bag of candies, that i had closed (but ofc not airtight as thats impossible with a bag of haribos) and they were crawling in there, which at first i didnt notice until i ate an ant… Maybe thats the reason why you have a kitchen, but no cutlery/glassware to have a drink or eat, because the ants will be in there within an hour, as this pic was made 30 minutes after having dinner to test it out with only very very small traces of leftovers to the “spoon” (And yes that was the only cutlery in the appt that was aomewhat useable for eating, no forks/spoons/glasses or anything available!)

One bed was slightly sagged to one side, the other was fine. Shower did not get properly warm during the day (maybe other guests using it caused not enough hot water for me?) but it did get hot late in the evening after waiting 5 minutes or so.

The firealarm went off, and it was so poorly hearable in my appartment that it did not wake me up! Yes i do always sleep with earplugs in hotels/appartments for obvious reasons, but in all other places (and i travel alot) i alwars hear the firealarm loud and clear, even with earplugs in. But i was having a nap in here, and it did not wake me up. Even when pulling out my earplugs, at first it wasnt too clear to me that it was the firealarm. Ofcourse immedeately went outside and all the other guests were already out there for a while clearly. Seems like a safety hazard.

Upon checkout i wasnt even asked about my stay, just “whats your roomnumber” and “ok you paid in full, have a good day” was all thats been said.

Overal a bit of a hit and miss on this one, but i didnt pay alot for a stay in Vilamoura compared to other places arounds so its a so-so for me. Might have just been unlucky. Probably would not return due to the above factors.
