Leider nicht so wie erhofft.
Pros:

Im Grundgenommen alles, aber unser Zimmer befand sich neben einer lärmintensiven Baustelle.
Aufgrund des Lärms war die Terrasse nicht nutzbar, am 3. Tag haben wir ein anderes (sehr schönes Zimmer bezogen.
Die Rezeption hat sich leider nicht sehr freundlich mit uns auseinandergesetzt.

Alle Kellner waren überaus zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich!!!
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Pools und Gärten machten keinen gepflegten Eindruck.
Wir erwarten wegen der Zimmermissstände noch eine vernünftige Entschädigung vom Hotel.

Super tolles Haus, scheitert aber an kleinen Selbstverständlichkeiten und das beim teuersten Zimner des Hauses.
Pros:

Wir hatten die Suite El Barco, atemberaubende Aussicht. Tolle 2 Zimmer. Restaurant und Service waren sehr gut .

Cons:

Sehr unangenehm, wenn man morgens feststellt, dass es kein Duschgel oder Shampoo gibt. Selbst nach Vorsprache wurde nichts hinterlegt. Ebenso wurde die tolle Terrasse erst am zweiten Tag gesäubert. Keine Entschuldigung, kein freies Frühstück oder ein Cocktail als kleine Entschädigung. Der Manager kümmere sich, hieß es und das Versprechen bei einer Wiederkehr besonderer Aufmerksamkeit. Der französische Eigentümer war zu der Zeit nicht anwesend…..

Wunderschön, tolle Aussicht, sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen!
Pros:

Eine wunderbare Anlage! Das beste was wir in Costa Rica hatten. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend. Wir hatten eine Villa mit Meerblick, es war fantastisch. Der Infinitiv Pool ist herrlich. Die ganze Anlage würde sich für den 4.Teil von White Lotus eignen. Auch architektonisch ein Juwel wie alles aufgebaut ist. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Toll auch der Shuttle zum Privatstrand.

Cons:

Alles ist toll! Kleines Manko- das Frühstück wird serviert und Änderungen kosten. Hier würde ich mir von einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr Flexibilität wünschen.

Stunning views but variable service
Pros:

Amazing views in the rooms and at the restaurant. Can’t match this location or beauty of the property. The beach facility is also a lovely bonus - a shuttle plus food and cocktails available down there.

Cons:

The restaurant and its staff let this place down. Staff are rude and unaccomodating. We stayed for 2 nights and were twice told that there was no space at the restaurant despite trying to book a reservation in the morning. Some facilities are tired and need updating. The chlorine levels at the pool were off so it left our swimwear stained. We asked for a kettle in our room to make baby formula but they didn’t have any.

Living on reputation and has seen better days.
Pros:

Some great views from the rooms but rooms are very pokey and have definitely seen better days.
The hotel claims five stars but in reality is an average three star property.
Poor maintenance and outdated rooms being the main reasons for this
The restaurant food is average and over priced.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness of the rooms.
Overall, poor value for money.
