Value for Money. Improve the service.
Pros:

Quite comfortable, the space is big enough for family of 4.
Value for money, you can save a lot.
I like the self check in service.

Cons:

Only 1 access card. Difficult for family/travelling with spouse. If you need to go down take your belongings, the other need to wait in the room without electricity. Especially those with kids, poor them.

Old bed sheet.
Slimy floor. (I clean it up myself upon check in).

Lousy design and decoration which is totally different compare to photos
Furniture are broke
Water ponding in toilet
