Great value stay
Pros:

Staff were very polite, facilities were clean, and hotel is beside the river for a nice quiet evening walk. In a quieter part of town away from the city rush. Well air-conditioned also!

Cons:

A little smaller than some APA hotels I've been to. Lobby is a bit too small to meet guests and no public baths. Close to Hamacho Station for Shinjuku line, but you may need to walk a bit further to get to more major lines.

Pros:

Zentrale und ruhige Lage, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war auf der 2. Etage in der Nähe der Waschmaschinen. Es wäre schön, wenn es eine zeitliche Begrenzung für die Nutzung geben könnte, um die Lautstärke geringer zu halten.

Un poco lejos de paradas de metro pero buen hotel.
Pros:

Comido y muy limpio

Cons:

Un poco alejado pero Tokio es tan enorme que es difícil encontrar un buen calidad precio así en un lugar más estratégico. Así y todo se puede decir que bien. Lo demás excelente la verdad es que la limpieza es de 10. Ninguna queja!

Commendable
Pros:

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had, if not THE best. The hotel responds quickly to any inquiries/online messaging and their staff was friendly and very accommodating. New towels including additional bathroom supplies were provided daily and the location is right off the Sumida-Gawa River with beautiful views and a close proximity to several dining options.

Cons:

For an 11 floor hotel, it would have been nice if the laundry machines and microwave were on a middle floor (5 or 6 instead of 2). I was roomed on floor 11 so when using the laundry facility and microwave, there was a lot of up and down/elevator wait time.
