Plus and downs.
Pros:

Love the infinity pool and the view. Location is good and very easy to get a Grab. No restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Eventhough the overall stay was nice we had some problems in the room. AC was not working properly and it started water leaking after 2nd day. We told the staff and even after they confirmed it was fixed, water leaking was there. We didn't get fresh linen as well.

A/C crushed everytime, really poor facility and all item in the room. On photo looks good, but in real life, things are much worse .The sound quality was terrible. You could hear every little noise from the neighbor.

Prima verblijf, jammer dat er geen OV dichtbij is
Pros:

Ruimtes zijn ruim en gezellig. Staf is vriendelijk. Het zwembad is fantastisch.

Cons:

Bij 3 nachten verblijf een halve toiletrol gekregen en een nieuwe toiletrol moeten kopen in de supermarkt. Handdoeken worden ook niet verschoond. Geen water glazen.

La posizione era comoda alle attrazioni della citta, Vista panoramica eccellente anche dalla piscina a sfioro al 38 esimo piano.

Cons:

Angolo cottura poco fornito di stoviglie. Al primo giorno ci hanno fatto trovare in camera acqua, the, cappuccino poi per gli altri 4 giorni non hanno rifornito. Così come gli asciugamani, mai cambiati. Altra cosa pochi appendini per asciugamani. Telecomando aria condizionata e ventilatore con batterie scariche.

People only book this hotel for the rooftop pool other than that everything else lacked.
Pros:

I enjoyed the views we got from the top floor.
The pool security who normally patrols the top pool from 7am was amazing. Other security had a stink attitude. He’s very friendly and also helpful. Always had a smile on his face. The views at the pool was so so beautiful. I liked how there was a mini supermarket at the lobby l an atm machine, a place to store your baggage which is 5RM per bag.

Cons:

We arrived super early in the morning and requested and early check in. Declined. They did not cater to any guest waiting in the lobby with atleast a complimentary drink as it was super hot. There’s no aircon in the lobby nor in the hallways while waiting for the elevator’s. The elevator are super slow sometimes you’d have one out of order but the wait times for an elevator is too long.

No phones in the room to contact reception, you’d have to go all the way down to the lobby to request things such as toilet paper or fresh towels and being at level 33 it was so inconvenient as they do not clean your room regularly.

There’s cockroaches at the pools that we’ve seen at night.
There’s no cafe or bar except for the stand outside which doesn’t have a lot of options.

Staff probably needs a lot of training they’re mostly on their phones. They have no urgency at all.

Duvets weren’t clean.
Pillow stains on the coloured pillow.
Our room door kept unlocking on its own (scary especially for 2 girls)

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.
Pros:

Ubytování fantastické, pokoj, bazén na střeše, poloha kousek do centra

Cons:

V nabídce není snídaně, ale venku před hotelem možnost koupit kávu, čaj a něco sladkého.
