Le Personnel de la piscine très très désagréable avec les enfants il on à peine le droit de parler je comprends même pas comment il peuvent travailler dans un hôtel comme ça pas un sourire pas un bonjour j’ai jamais vu ça c’est inadmissible pour un hôtel de ceux standing

Pros:

We had a great view of KLCC. It was also close to Bukit Bintang and not far from the nearest station at Masjid Jamek.

Cons:

The elevator experience was occasionally frustrating.

Pros:

Heerlijk zwembad, prima locatie. Zijn hier voor de 3e keer, dus bevalt ons prima.

Cons:

Restaurant was dicht voor het ontbijt, maar dit was nergens aangekondigd.

Pros:

Views are ok !

Cons:

Not a hotel, just a huge condo building with many properties owned apartments managed by third parties. Location is not the best. Loud AC do not recommend

Definitely coming back:)
Pros:

1. Location's good.
Near Bukit Bintang but yet not smacked in the crazy traffic of the BB district. You can walk to the nearest MRT/main road of BB say in 10-15mins. Grab is easily accessible from the hotel lobby too.

2. Check in/Check out made easy
Fast in and fast out. Room was ready when I reached.

3. Lovely amenities
3.1: I particularly love Level39 @SkyGarden to watch the sunrise and enjoy the morning fresh air. Smoking is allowed too here.
3.2: There's a gym n pool for ur enjoyment too.
3.3: A cafe just outside the hotel that makes great n affordable coffee. I get my dose of flat white at RM12 each day.

Cons:

1. The tap by the kitchenette wasn't working but no big deal cos the bathroom one works to clean my hands and fill water for the kettle.
2. TV can on but no channels to watch.

Honestly the above 2 werent an issue for me since u dont stay in the room all day anyways :)

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel wat goed. Fijn dat er een zwembad was.

Cons:

Het bed was ontzettend hard!!
Daarnaast was er geen spatscherm in de douche, want dus resulteerde in een groot zwembad in de badkamer. Daardoor kwam het laminaat los van de vloer buiten de badkamer.
Daarnaast is er geen schoonmaak aanwezig en krijg je dus ook geen nieuwe handdoeken.
