Very impressive, affordable, luxury.
Pros:

Great value for money, the facilities were excellent. Was even good just to explore around the hotel with the pocket gardens pools gyms. There was plenty to do just in the hotel. Location was great. Great access to food transport links in the city. The view itself was worth a visit to the hotel with the pool being a highlight. Was excellent that there was so much green space in the hotel. Nice to have a few home comforts such as a kettle cutlery so that you could bring your own food back if you didn't feel like eating out. Great little shop in the reception which was very handy.

Cons:

They could definitely add more pool lounges as we would have liked to relax around the pool a bit more but it was very tough competition to get a seat. Anything else?

Gute Lage, cooler Pool und das Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern und groß.

Pros:

Good location from KL
Hotel facilities provided were good

Cons:

1. Some staff were rude (on arrival which ruined our experience)
2. Water issue with our room (bathroom leak) the staff took a while to get it sorted and move us to another room
3. Based on the turn around off guests, they should have more elevators.
4. Swimming pool needs cleaning

DON'T BOOK HERE PLS
Pros:

Het uitzicht was mooi en daar bleef het ook bij

Cons:

Alles behalve het uitzicht. De kamer was super vies, de badkamer had allemaal vlekken op de spiegel. De badkamer deur was heel erg stoffig en het leek wel of het er maanden lag. De douche was walgelijk, de douchekop is een regen douche waarbij 70% van de gaten verstopt zaten. Daarnaast spoot het water tegen de wand in plaats van naar beneden dus douchen was niet prettig. De toilet bril was volledig beschadigd en oud. De handdoeken hadden allemaal vlekken. De douche stonk continu dus we moesten de ventilatie ook in de nacht aanhouden anders stonk onze kamer er ook naar, hierdoor bleef het licht in de badkamer ook aan waardoor we moeilijk konden slapen. De raam naar buiten was vies, ik had een desinfectatie spray en wat papier gebruikt om een stukje schoon te maken (10×10cm) het papiertje was helemaal zwart.....

De bed was heel oncomfortabel en maakte belachelijk veel geluid. Op de dekens zaten ook vlekken. We konden onze buren horen ruzie maken, ook konden we gesprekken van onze buren woord voor woord horen. Lijkt me niet fijn als je privacy wenst. Daarnaast knallen de deuren belachelijk hard dicht. De airco is luid en richt direct op het bed. Als je de airco fan positie wilt wijzigen dan doet ie niks. Enigste wat werkte is de temperatuur (denk ik) en de fan snelheid.

Warm water in de keuken deed het niet. Er zaten allemaal vlekken op de keuken dus we hebben uiteindelijk geen gerei gebruikt. Ook hebben we een spons met zeep gekregen maar de spons is zeker al meerdere malen gebruikt en brokkelde gewoon af.

Ook is er GEEN HOUSEKEEPING, we vroegen om handdoeken maar kregen we niet. Personeel zei dat we dit in de ochtend moeten vragen. We hebben aangegeven dat dit ons niet eerder is verteld en we hiervan schrokken.

Kortom je dit verblijf is je geld niet waard, BOEK HIER NIET.

Gotta improve on the facilities.
Pros:

Great location, easy access to places in Kuala Lumpur. Bonus point - there’s a petrol station before the junction, convenient if you’re driving a car.

Cons:

Air conditioner wasn’t checked and serviced timely. It was faulty when we arrived and checked into the room. Other than that, the room was clean. Additionally, the elevators were kinda a mess. 2 were out of service during peak hours (check out) and they seem to not respond based on direction and demand. We had to walk 16 flights of stairs to check out.

Perfect for a comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautiful views, a great gym, and comfortable, well-equipped rooms.

Cons:

We didn't get our room a single minute earlier than check-in time. But I'm sure it was ready. You have to pay for luggage storage after you check out. It's a bit of a walk from the city center and the subway. The pool water could be a little warmer.

la habitación era correcta

Cons:

Me sabe mal poner reseñas así pero no hemos tenido una buena experiencia en este hotel... para empezar, no hay servicio de habitaciones para estancias de menos de 6 días, después los ascensores tardan una barbaridad (de estar literalmente 5-10 min esperando a que se decidan parar en tu piso... muy mal programados), el personal no era especialmente amigable y la cafetería no existe, está todo abandonado y desmontado.

Y para colmo, pedimos unas toallas el día antes por la noche (porque sino no te cambian toallas...) y especificamos que las dejen en la puerta: pues a la mañana siguiente uno del hotel nos despierta a las 9h llamando al timbre como un loco y pegando puñetazos a la puerta sin parar, hasta que hemos abierto y nos ha dado las toallas. Surrealista.

En resumen, si volviera a kuala lumpur no volvería a este hotel.

Location great / cleaning mid
Pros:

The location was perfect you could walk to famous places. in around 20-25 minutes.

Cons:

Cleaness of hotel was mid. because when i came in room. the bed was dirty like stains on silk. And the people on reception wasn’t much talkative .(also cleaning service isnt everyday)

Walking distance well presented property
Pros:

The hotel is a good location walking distance to klcc and Bukit Bintang.
The facilities are good and the pocket gardens are a nice touch.
It’s a well presented property and some great views

Cons:

There was a funny smell when we walked into the room. We realised later that the room not been cleaned properly and a previous tenant had left a weeks worth of rubbish under the sink. I informed reception and they said there was a rubbish room to put rubbish there.
The property is nice but it needs maintenance small things cracked tiles and little things like that that will get worse of time and use.
