Pros:

La vicinanza con il centro e la piscina

Cons:

Il bagno puzzava tremendamente di fogna… il personale con noi non è stato per nulla accogliente. Le porte e le stanze sono poco insonorizzate, quando qualcuno esce si sente un grande fracasso.

Ça proximité avec tout

Cons:

L’état de la chambre; elle était très sale. Les draps et les coussins. Les tiroirs n’étaient pas propres. La laiterie était horrible. Impossible de dormir les matelas étaient complètement usés et le lit ne fait que grincer. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage.Genialer Raum mit super Sicht. Poolanlage über Dach. Sicht auf die Skyline.

Cons:

Wenig Möglichkeit um die persönlichen Sachen auf der Dachtrrrasse zu deponieren.

La chambre est assez grande, conforme aux photos et bien équipée.

Cons:

La propreté n’est pas le point fort de cet établissement. Nous avons eu deux chambres différentes et, dans les deux, les draps étaient tachés. De plus la chambre était bien abîmé notamment au niveau du parquet. Les ascenseurs sont également un vrai problème : l’attente peut être très longue.

La ausencia de limpieza en las 4 noches que estuvimos ni siquiera un cambio de toallas.
Había montón de cucarachas pequeñas.
Se escuchaba todo el ruido de los huéspedes de al lado.
Lo peor de todo es que cuando llegué me pidieron un depósito de 150 euros por simplemente dejarme las llaves, aspecto no considerado en sus políticas tal y como me comentó el equipo de atención al cliente de booking. Además, lo peor de todo es que conocí a dos grupos de españoles en el hotel y les pregunté si les habían pedido ese depósito y me dijeron que a ellos no.

Pros:

Jolie chambre, avec belle vue, banquette devant la baie vitrée. Des rangements.
Jolis jardins et piscine avec vue imprenable

Cons:

Aucun endroit, hormis un petit crochet pour suspendre les serviettes ou encore les maillots mouillés . Elles sèchent donc mal 🫤

Ideal place to stay when you want to discover the city. Enough luxury, but not over the top.
Pros:

It’s close to the city center. You can reach most things by foot. The rooms offer incredible views over the city. The rooftop pool & rooftop deck are beautiful.

Cons:

It’s pretty far from the airport, but that’s because the airport is far from the city centre.

Beautiful hotel with incredible views
Pros:

For the price you get incredible city views and the rooftop swimming pool was the cherry on top. Location was great and our stay was without a problem. Did not wait long for the elevators as some people mentioned in the previous reviews.

Cons:

The fact that the shower did not have any glass or curtain to keep the water from flooding the entire bathroom. Also one cockroach was encountered but it is nothing unusual in SE Asia.

RIEN. Tellement de chose à dire sur cet établissement. Tout d’abord il ne répond pas aux messages envoyés sur booking. Je n’ai obtenu réponse qu’après plusieurs semaines et suite à ma réclamation… J’ai réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et je me suis retrouvée avec une chambre pour 2 personnes : 2 lits simples très fins. J’ai donc demandé à l’accueil de me donner des couvertures supplémentaires et on me les a refusé. Le pompom…. Les couvertures sur les lits étaient d’un jaune tres douteux …. Pas de cleaning room …. Bref je déconseille.

Pros:

We booked 2 nights stay and were very satisfied with the room. Beds very comfortable and the room was spacious. We loved the pool area and the rooftop. The view was great and we loved it there after full day of sightseeing.
Location is very good, walking distance to Pavillion mall and points of interest. Overall, a really good experience.

Vi var her i 5 netter og er veldig fornøyde! Hadde et superior-room med flott utsikt mot KL-tower. Det er et utebasseng i 37. Egt. Få solsenger, men det fungerer ok. I 16-tiden åpner det en bar ved bassenget.
Vi hørte ikke noe fra naboer/gang fordi vi hadde en ekstra dør fra korridoren inn til vår leilighet. Gåavstand til bl.a. Chinatown,

Cons:

Mye venting på heis, men legg inn litt ventetid så går det fint.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Loved the room, huge and comfortable beds and heaps of space, good fridge, microwave etc. Loads of spare pillows and a comfortable window seat with a view, I would stay there again. We had a lovely view as well on the 11th floor

Cons:

They could have put a couple of hand towels or tea towels in the room, We only had one towel each.
