Great location and amazing views from the room, the swimming pool on the 37th floor and garden on the 39th were wonderful

There were some parts in the room that could be more clean, there were some stains on the sheets, and we found fake eye lashes on the shelf in the bathroom

Mon voyage a durer a peine 24h, entre l’hygiène qui est à revoir et la réception pas du tout convenable je suis extrêmement déçue de ne pas avoir été écouté. Entre les punaises de lits, et le réceptionniste qui dormait sans cesse malgré que j’ai insisté ça a été un calvaire.

It is really a pity that there are no cutting knives in the kitchen. A sharp knife, and some ordinary kitchen knives do not cost a lot of money, but it is annoying when they are not around

Overall good due to the ideal location
Pros:

The location was the thing we liked most about our stay. Close to everything. We slept at the 25th floor and had an amazing view over the city. Nice rooftop pool and garden!

Cons:

Queensize bed is definitely not a queensize bed. My boyfriend was out with his feet if he layed down in bed. Very small.
We stayed for 3 nights and in those days no housekeeping was seen. No fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. We also had a few heavy rains and at a certain moment it started raining inside of our room, making very irritating noises.

Es hätte so schön sein können...
Pros:

Gute Lage: Einiges fußläufig erreichbar, jedoch braucht man zur nächste LRT-Station, Sehenswürdigkeit und Restaurants min. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Schöne Hotelanlage mit einem aussichtsreichen Rooftop Pool, grünen Pocket-Gärten und dem Sky Garten.

Cons:

Das wurde jedoch durch den Zigarettengeruch in unserem Zimmer überschattet. Nachdem wir es bei der Rezeption gemeldet haben, wurde das Zimmer lediglich ein Mal mit einem Raumduft besprüht...
Ein weiteres Manko war das Bad. Nachdem keine Duschwand vorhanden ist, ist das Bad nach jedem Duschen nass.
Zudem fehlen am Pool einige Liegen und bei der Öffnung von der Bar wird man von den sonst vorhandenen Stühlen weggeschickt.

Lo mejor la vista de la piscina. Tiene un kiosko dentro muy práctico. Las instalaciones son muy buenas.

The property is beautiful.

Cons:

No room services available and also can't connect the reception or housekeeping over the phone. There is no service for the cleaning of the suites even we stayed there for four days. No telecom in the room to contact the reception or the housekeeping staff. Also we couldn't connect to the hotel staff on the given contact number because they don't answer the call even after so many attempts nor the back call you.

It was enough once for 3 nights but not recommend it
Pros:

View from the hotel room but windows were very dirty

Cons:

Dirty, old towels, poor accessories. I was afraid to touch anything without sanitiser. Even i had pay attention got herpes because mug in the room.
Staff at pool level was unfriendly.
