Everything. This is the worst place I have ever been to. I don’t recommend anyone this hotel. This is not hotel at all. It’s more like Inn. Room was smelling very bad, no hygiene. Bathroom was super dirty and completely messed up. Bed was not clean and staff was super lazy and don’t know how to treat guest. It’s better to stay in other rooms.

The worst hotel ever in India and what’s are very rude and the rooms smells like rotten rats and the bed sheets and pillow covers are very dirty. So inform others not to touch in this scams.

sly hoped that I didn't understand the Indian hotel system. I knew that they had overbooked.

I explained that I couldn't cancel the booking as I would be charged for a late cancellation and it wasn't my choice to cancel. I asked them to cancel my booking on booking.com. They wouldn't. I rang them, all they said was we have messaged you and hung up on me and then wouldn't answer.

I took it up with booking.com. They confirmed that the hotel had indeed overbooked!

They obviously have no moral values when it comes to honouring bookings. It left us in a stressful situation trying to find new accommodation whilst on the train to Ahmedabad!

To make it even worse, they were still advertising availability on booking.com at a lower price!

Don't trust them. Book somewhere else.
